The Corner at Musser

Located directly across the street from Musser Park and the former location of Molly’s, this was a solid spot to get some food. What surprised me the most was how cheap and affordable everything was for downtown. I don’t think I saw a single meal over $18 on the menu and the food was excellent. They had a beef tip sandwich on special for $12 with onions, mushrooms and a horseradish sauce with your choice of fries, chips or wedges. The meat was super tender and packed plenty of flavor. Also, the smash burger was excellent as well. The second time I came, I got the roasted pork sandwich, which was the best I’ve ever had. The broccoli rabe was loaded with garlic, giving it an extra bite of goodness. Check out this new hot spot in town.

I order a Fried Chicken Sandwich and fries to go. Food was ready when I got there 25 minutes later. Sandwich had lots of flavor which I like. For quality it was on same level as Chic Fillet just not as moist but more flavor and less breading. I almost thought it wasn't fried at first. French fires are the very thin type and did not hold up very well for take out. But the first ones I grabbed out of the bag before driving home were good and crispy. I ordered a side of Spicy Cajun Aioli. The sauce was a large portion and great for the fries and occasionally dipped the chicken sandwich.

Damn good food. The Smash Burgers are fantastic, but their Impossible variant uses a preformed patty... It's fine, but a lackluster substitute to their incredibly delicious fresh seasoned beef burgers for a higher price. The CheeseSteak also deserves high marks, one of the best in the area that I've had. Staff are friendly and helpful, both at the bar and the bodega nextdoor. A few beers on tap and a full bar inside, great selection of beer at the bodega. 9 different slushies!

The Corner at Musser is extremely underrated. This cheese steak was filling and very very very good ! First time having it and it's beyond delish

A quintessential locals/neighborhood bar. Too clean to be a dive, but affordable and approachable like one. Bar food is great, perfect for sports or darts or a night out. Deck with outdoor seating and the Shag bar upstairs are just the cherry on top, welcoming to all!

Amazing food! Hand made chips are off the charts! Smash burger is amazing! Spicy fried chicken sandwich was delicious!!! Bartenders are exactly what you want from a “neighborhood corner bar”. Has a very welcoming “cheers” vibe where everyone feels like they know you and all are welcome! Will definitely be back!

Liked it as a corner, neighborhood bar. Not a ton of seating in the main floor and I saw a young couple leave after looking around. Nashville Chicken sandwich was outstanding. Nearly all orders had to be done at the bar but you had to order over or around the people seating there. If they want to go English order style that's fine, several breweries in the area do that. Just make a full change and make it clear.

i love this place and it’s close to home. they have an extensive selection of drinks, both virgin and spicy. and stuff to munch on. the takeout menu looks good but i haven’t tried it yet
