SERVICE - I have nothing negative to say. We sat at the bar and the bartender was super welcoming and friendly. Thanks Chrisee!! ATMOSPHERE - This time we went for a late brunch and it was less crowded than other times we've been there, which it was great because we got to sit at the bar, which is our preference. (Closer to the booze.. lol) FOOD - I don't think I've tried anything that has not been very flavorful. This time I had the Black and Blue Burger with mushrooms and an egg. It was delicious!!! the portions are pretty big. DRINK - Bloody Mary.. yum! The mixer was pretty good! Good job on that one. I would add a bit more of horseradish. Tips.... the burger patty.. using a little salt to cook it it really makes a huge difference at bringing the flavor out. Use that salt!

The atmosphere here is great! Cute little restaurant/bar place. We ate outside and it was a great decision. When it’s busy they might take a little while to get to you but the staff was super friendly. Food was excellent! Could use a little more seasoning on the chicken BUT the chicken wings and calamari were excellent! Food and drink prices were great. Great date night to bring your partner.

I stopped in here for lunch on a Sunday before going to the Newtown Theater for a concert. As you enter there is a average size bar with tables along the perimeter walls. To the left is a large dining area and in the back an outdoor covered porch with a small bar which is where I sat. I ordered a turkey club which came with homemade chip fries and a pickle. Turkey was fresh as well as the bread. My only menu complaint is that everything had bacon in it or on it. Other than that they have a great bar menu. Customer service was excellent and both the host and server were pleasant and exemplary. Will stop in again I liked the vibe and the atmosphere.

Great food and atmosphere but I'm not sure what is going on with the service. Each time we go and sit outside, we are waiting an average of 15-20 minutes before having anyone come over and begin service. I can understand if they were busy, but they aren't when we go. I think they need to train the younger staff better on prompt service and checking in on your patrons to see if they need anything and if they are pleased with everything. I hope this will improve.

Found Sycamore Grill using Google Maps. We arrived a little before 3 pm, so the dining room was empty. A man came to the hostess podium, told us to choose a table and he would bring us menus. We were given water and waited. And waited. My husband asked someone where were our menus. He went to the back to find out. Apparently there is a black hole back there that sucks up whomever enters. After 10 minutes, more or less, we left. Went to the Green Parrot across the street. Great food. Prompt service. Sycamore Grill, take a lesson.

I attended a Charity event Sunday that ended up for a late lunch at the Sycamore. The Restaurant was well aware a very large group would be there for a late lunch. This event has been held there several years on this same weekend so we weren't a surprise. When we got there were told they took in another group of 60+ cheerleaders and we would only have outside. The staff was overwhelmed and we were jammed in. Our food took 2 hours to be served. Many left missing the raffle and 50/50 drawing. Did I mention this was a fundraiser for cancer. Never again!

So my friend and I met up cause we couldn't get together at Christmas time. So we got together and tried this place out. I won't return that is for sure. I got from the grill the grilled chicken bread pepper jack one with fries. The fries were so hard. And chicken I can't even explain the taste. I spent more time catching up with my friend and nit picking at the chicken. The Cheesecake was the only good thing in my opinion. My friend got the Citrus Glazed Salmon and ate everything she liked herself. When seated the waiter took forever to take order and in most places they come every 5 to 10 mins. And it was not busy. Our dog wouldn't even eat the leftovers

Went with a group that was booked and the place was double booked the servers tried their best but the management team was horrendous… I would think twice before asking them for even a glass of water let alone to reserve the place for a large group! Heard my friend called about it since people went across the street for food and drinks! No apologies from the manager and the audacity to hang up on him. Horrible it I could give negative-5 stars I’d give that
