Stopped by here on a Monday night. There was a nice little crowd and it was karaoke night. Got a drink and chilled. I would say the vibe was very neighborhood bar in all the good ways. Check it out.

Really isn't food, unless one of the cooks is running a special, just your local watering hole. Awesome spot, highly recommend for that cheers type atmosphere!

Someone deleted my post. I had called to see if they were going to be open until 9pm. The woman who answered said I'm not sure it's been dead all day might close early. And we have no food. I didn't ask about food since prior to them closing down they didn't serve food. If it says open till 9pm online people will usually go by that. I called and got umm I don't know what time we will close. Poor customer service !

Had the Sunday special New York strip. I don’t like that cut but this place changed my perspective of this meat the chef puts expensive restaurant chefs to shame a must place to eat. I will be back again! Thanks for the best New York strip I have ever had.

thought that Bayer's Tavern was a really ok place. Not very busy. Quiet and a pleasant attractive bartender. I had a roast beef sandwich and a couple of beers. I don't visit Gloucester city very often. But I thought that it was a outstanding bar that I was glad to visit.
