Q'tal Bar and Grill

My friend and I hanged out for some happy hour cocktails, I tried the sangria one of my favorite drinks my friend had a margarita said it was delicious. I ordered the octopus one of my favorite dishes, It was so tasty! We couldn't leave without having dessert so we got a chocolate lava cake and a cappuccino it just hit the spot. I would definitely visit this place again.

First time here and loved the food, service, and ambiance!!! We were greeted with warm and genuine smiles from the employees. Our server Julia is very sweet and attentive! The inside is decorated very nicely and I loved the patio area. The happy hour deal is an amazing value! The margaritas and sangrias were super yummy. We ordered the beef carpaccio, beef sliders, Brazilian pastel, chopped filet mignon, and mussels. They were all very tasty. I would definitely be back to try some of their entrees! Highly recommended.

First time at Q’tal did not disappoint! Atmosphere is classy, elegant, and good vibes. The music is modern and enjoyable. Servers are pleasant and serve you with a smile on their face! I got the grilled shrimp (on the specials) which was served over Parmesan sauce with vegetables, mushrooms, and nuts. It was phenomenal and the cocktails are tasty and refreshing. 10/10 would recommend can not wait to come back for a future event!

This restaurant is an absolute hidden gem. From the impeccable service to the expertly crafted cocktails, every detail exceeded my expectations. I had the Passion Berry and Mango Tango cocktails—both were absolutely delicious, perfectly balanced in flavor. The steak was nothing short of perfection, and the chicken was cooked to absolute excellence. The presentation of every dish was a work of art. It’s hard to understand how this place only has a 4.5 rating—it’s truly the definition of excellence in the restaurant industry. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to everyone I know!

We dined here to celebrate my friends birthday the service was exceptional and the food was amazing. Everything was timed appropriately and we weren’t rushed. I would really recommend the seafood risotto you will not be disappointed!

The food was everything!!! The manager, Lulu, was pleasant and told us of all the wonderful specials the restaurant has. I am looking forward to visiting and trying different food options

I was not very happy with my experience dining here, but at least there were a few pluses. To start, we were seated pretty quickly which was nice; I got the Shrimp Mac, and my friend got the half roasted chicken. While I was not too happy with the portion of Mac N cheese, it did taste alright. There was not really that much shrimp, but I appreciate the fact that they took the tails off. I can’t stand when places leave the tails on the shrimp in any circumstance. I would rate it as overall okay, but the Mac had no panco bread crumbs on it. The menu states that it includes this, and in the picture, this is what it looked like before my first bite. As you can see, no bread crumbs. What they did do right was the bread with the assorted dips. This was actually the best part of my meal; keep serving that ricotta with the bread as it is delicious, unfortunately bread and dip is not enough to get me to come back. The main issue with this restaurant does not start with the food, but the service. This is some of the worst service I received in a while at a restaurant. I had to call the server over after a while just to get our drink orders in. It was not even that I was running out of patience, but I was really thirsty and it should not have taken this long. After ordering the drinks, it took so long for them to bring that I had to remind them. They brought out the drinks finally, and that is when we ordered our food because I was not letting them leave again for another wait. You guessed it, the food took forever to come out. I look at the tables around me and see that people who came in after me are getting services first, and there were like 3 birthdays in the outside area which probably delayed the service. Eventually I was getting tired of clapping and wanted to go back to this place doing regular restaurant services. I know I sound like a grouch, but I am all for birthday celebrations. Enjoy yourselves but the staff should not forget about the customers around the beloved birthday people. We also are humans who are there to eat and drink; we came there with a purpose too. If people want private birthday service, they should reserve the restaurant for themselves because we completely felt forgotten. When the food FINALLY came out, I said we want the check right away because I knew that was taking forever as well. Of course in the instance where I received the worst service I can recall for months, they add their own gratuity tip. Oh don’t flatter yourselves please.... That was just the icing on this unpleasant cake known as my dinner. The food was not bad, but I do believe my food should have included all of the elements on the menu. They also charge 3:50 for soda and did not do free refills. I had to ration my soda throughout the meal especially since it took the food three times as long to arrive as it took for me to eat it. I was disappointed; this was definitely a failed dinner and I doubt we will be returning.
