Heard a lot about this place and have had it on my list for awhile to check out. It was already packed at 5pm so I’m glad I had a reservation. Service was quick! I ordered the Big Mac burger with truffle Parmesan fries. The food was really good, I just wish I knew the burger had SO MUCH SAUCE on it (It was completely SMOTHERED and a bit of a mess to eat. I would have asked for light sauce!) My server was Daisy and she was very sweet with great service! I’m writing this review because I hope she wins the Christmas bonus!

Jean is such a pleasure and great server! The food and atmosphere are top notch!! We got the French onion soup and chicken avocado wrap.. tasty AF! But THE drinks!!! Spicy skinny marg, short n’ sweet, and the espresso martini. All too die for. Plus 20% off if you have your Wicked ticket!

Dustin and John were very attentive and diligent when it came to making sure drinks were bottomless, and asking if we were okay and needed anything. Simply just a sweet energy he brought to the table and exceptional customer service. 10/10

Best Martini Deal in the city (free fries with every martini)!!! We had a great experience at the Dickens. Fantastic customer service, kewl environment, and great drinks and food. The price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend stopping by the Hell's Kitchen Gem!

From the moment I walked in, Anthony’s friendly and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. His attentive and professional service throughout the night was top-notch. LOVED THIS PLACE! Our server was absolutely lovely and chatted with us for a while. I had the avocado chicken wrap and truffle fries and my friend had the beef sliders. All the food was fantastic. We also loved the atmosphere. LGBTQ friendly ️‍ ️‍⚧️

Excellent food (surprisingly elevated for bar fare), and incredible service. Anthony not only does a great job, but is also one of the few bartenders I have met that knows how to make my classic drink (a Tom Collins) properly.
