Terrific place - stopped by this afternoon for drinks and pizza. Great vibe and wonderful service. We'll definitely be back.

My wife and I were driving through the area on a Saturday afternoon so we stopped by on a whim. I searched Google maps for Pizza and beer and it popped up. We still had a fun time and everything and everyone was really welcoming and friendly so it wasn't an intimidating environment, but we were confused and disappointed that it Is actually a go-go bar at least for some hours of operation. I guess it seems odd that it wouldn't clarify something like that on Google maps. The pizza was frozen pizza, but it was pretty tasty and our drinks were good and the bartender was very friendly, and we played a couple games of pool and enjoyed the great weather on the deck. The only awkward part was how long it took us to notice the woman in her underwear in the corner. I'm not trying to judge or anything, but I just wish I knew ahead of time because I probably would have picked somewhere else to go. But if this place ever decides to get rid of the Go-Go element and just become a regular bar, I would definitely go back because it was a really cool vibe in an old log cabin. There was a deer head on the wall and the whole place just feels like steeped in history and country.

First visit in years. Love the new deck and cozy atmosphere. Bartender was friendly and welcoming. Hoping the new owner extends the menu. No dancers on Sundays makes it welcoming for families.

Fun bar with a cozy cabin environment! The bartenders are awesome. There’s a pool table, shuffleboard, great bar pizzas, and a jukebox... Definitely worth checking out!

Was out of state visiting, literally one of the best atmospheres I've been around. I felt extremely welcoming and the service was worth noting as top tier. If I'm in the area again, I will most definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Daily Planet and was fortunate enough to encounter Ivy the bartender! Despite the bar being busy, Ivy was attentive, friendly, and seemed to be generally interested in engaging with patrons. She interacted with everyone at the bar and made sure that they had everything they needed. As someone who worked in service for years, you experience all types of personalities good and bad. It’s refreshing to see someone behind the bar who enjoys what they do. I would come back just for the positive atmosphere that the Daily Planet has while Ivy is bartending!
