THE BEST PLACE TO DO KARAOKE IN DENVER!!! THE DJ IS UHHHMAZING!!!! The servers truly work as a team...there's no, "sorry this isn't my table" BS here! Loved that! Spacious restrooms. Great feel overall!! Highly recommend. Saw the DJ sanitizing the microphone in between each performer! If you like singing out loud!! Get your ass here on Saturday and Wednesday evenings!!

Stopped in one night and came back another time for spaghetti dinner for around $10 because why not? Have been a few times since as well. Cool space to grab a drink and get some food. Atmosphere is great and so are the people. Service and food are good as well but can take a bit sometimes.

If I had to rank places to get stuck during a Thunder/hail storm, The Owl Saloon is not a bad place. Very reasonably priced beers, service was great if you were at the bar, okay if you were at the tables. (Servers & bartenders were all very nice, just busy so you had to wait for cold beers if you were at a table) Tater tots were good. I thought the Chicago dog was mediocre, but that’s okay, overall it was a great experience and the bathrooms had lots of mirrors for high quality selfies. PS, take mystery shots

I went to the Owl Saloon tonight after a long day/weekend and got a few drinks. I arrived and the bartender told me he was drunk. I asked for an old fashioned and he didn’t ask me what whiskey to use which made me assume he was using well whiskey which was fine. I found out when I got my check he was using “Four Roses” which meant my tab was $36+ which just wasn’t communicated to me I definitely felt taken advantage of as a single woman. I’ve never not been asked what whiskey I want in any other bar in my life

My husband and I had a very nice dinner at the owl. Jason our bartender was absolutely delightful. His service was above and beyond. Also the sandwiches were very yum. We will absolutely be back!

We enjoyed the atmosphere. Very laid back dive bar. We had the truffle tots and the cheese curds. Delicious food and quick service.

It’s was my birthday and my brothers and the Dj was just not even with all the customers. It’s sad how he let sing all the regulars and how he keep pushing us later to sing. It’s a nice dive bar; but the Dj Wednesdays is not recommended, too picky. I wa staying to be nice and explained why I have a habit of whistling, but he joust did not care and was not in his best mood. This is a bar and if you want to be a teacher be my guest.

Good little bar spot on Colfax - Karaoke on Saturdays is fun to watch. Usually enough space for decent standing room if you’re unable to find a table. Drinks are good and fair priced. The crowd always seems to be having a good time which lends a hand to the experience/atmosphere. Typically start here and then venture across the street to the Abbey.
