Came in for a late lunch and found a great place to spend the afternoon in Congress Park area. The staff was polite and attentive specially the young lady who was staffing the bar and was serving the tables. BBQ was 8 or of 10 with their Bison sausage and briskets the best things on the menu. Sides were ok but the cornbread stole the show. Plenty of parking on the streets. They also have a stage for live music.

Delicious BBQ! We tried takeout for first time but stayed for beers and atmosphere- really fun spot. Food was so good and we will definitely be back!

Love the BBQ at this place! My husband and I ordered XL Sampler Platter which was enough food for dinner and leftovers for both of us. Service was fast and friendly as well! We went on a Saturday evening around 6 and got in and out in an hour.

Award winning Sandwiches won't let you down. The Lee with the Sichuan dipping sauce (that makes your mouth slightly numb for a few seconds) or the Watts perfectly cooked smoked pork belly are phenomenal! If you like sweet cocktails, try the Saab...guava heaven. The spare ribs are good, but not great. BBQ sauce has a bit of a minty flavor.

I love this place. Great food, good beer and cider selection, and they are always doing awesome music events, whether it's concerts from touring or local acts, open mics, karaoke, there's always something going on. They have a great stage and sound system. Best of all, the clientele always seems kind and welcoming. It's the kind of place where you walk in and feel comfortable and at ease. Easily one of my favorite bars/restaurants in Denver. And my kids love the food here as well.

Not sure about the good service that people are talking about. Bartenders spent most of the time talking with people they seemed to know, and was blatantly ignored despite a relatively quiet bar. Been here multiple times and had this same issue. It seems like if you happen to get in their good graces, you’ll have a good time, but service here is definitely hit or miss.

We food plastic wrap (a long piece that looked like it was cooked with the food) in our BBQ (pork - which was served cold) and the mac and cheese was not full cooked properly. The Okra was good. Service was friendly but they seemed very preoccupied with chatting with their friends in the back. The place was not that busy – this was about 8pm on Monday and by the time we were checked on again it 20 mins or so and we did not feel like dealing with having them remove the items from our bill. We told the server about what happened, paid and left. It's too bad we had to give this place such a bad review, we just moved into the area and thought this would be a good place to get a bite to eat once in a while.

I love this place! Wonderful atmosphere, good drinks - highly recommend King of Carrot Flowers beer and a pickle shot! Fried okra is a must. I had the tofu bbq sandwich and it was delicious!
