Root & Flower

This was my second time visiting Root & Flower, loved it so much on a previous girls trip (super fun cocktails!) that I brought my husband for pre- dinner drinks. We had an amazing wine flight of reserved wine from France, and the knowledgeable bartender went way out of his way to answer questions we had about the region. He was so friendly and made our experience even better. The wine flight was a great choice too! Can’t wait to go back.

Awesome spot for a late night drink. The truffle popcorn and feta olives were superb, and the waiter was extremely knowledgeable about their wines.

Yes is expensive but is it worth it! YES not going to lie it was $100 per person but every single thing came out perfect, food was great, drinks were great, wine tasting great, ambiance great, service amazing! Every single person in the restaurant made sure we had a good time and gave us great feedback on what we were getting! If you ever go please try the deviled eggs! They were super mouth watering worth it!

I just lurvvvv the vibe here! They impressed me with how simple the food is but they elevated them so well! My skewer was a bit chewy but overall everything was great. Will definitely come back!

The drinks are absolutely amazing. The atmosphere and service is awesome too! Perfect to even stop in, sit at the bar and grab a drink!

We waited for about 30min on the waitlist for 2 people. The food was okay wasn't anything spectacular. After 3 different plates of food we were still left unsatisfied. The price of the food was overpriced but I guess that's what you get for the eating in vail village.

Guys please try the mezcal flight experience, the bartender made me feel like I was in Mexico with the amount of knowledge he knew about the product. Don’t drink it all in will need some when I come back from FloridaZ lol Also espresso martinis are bomb as well. Cheers root & flower for an amazing experience

Sexy, stylish vibes all around this beautifully designed cocktail bar. It’s been on my list for a while and so many locals have recommended it! We had the Saved by the Bell (Mezcal, Tequila, Red bell pepper, Chilis. Savory with a bit of smoke and spice) and Pineapple Under The Sea made with Plantation Rum, both so good and potent. Knowledgeable and talented cocktail artists were happy to answer our questions about their selection as well. Thanks for a fun cocktail hour.
