Very dissatisfied with the services we were provided here. We attended this location for my girlfriend's birthday. She spoke with the location multiple times to confirm details of the table we reserved and how long we would have the table for. As soon as we got there they had no details about our reservation, guy that my gf was in contact with wasn't even at the location. We were there for about 45min and spent around $550-$600 dollars for food and drink. We were supposed to have the table for 2hrs but after 45min we were told we had to move or consolidate our space since we will not be purchasing a bottle from the bar. I understand that they make their money off of the bottle but we already spent as much as a bottle within 45min! Seems ridiculous to move people spending a lot of money to squeeze in a group of 10 guys coming in with no reservation. We had to share a booth with random people we didn't know until I got fed up closed the tab and left. Go here if you want to have a good time with no plans in mind but PLEASE do not schedule anything here or expect to be treated well even while spending a decent amount of money. Food was ok for a bar, atmosphere was just fine, same with music but be prepared to be sardined into a tiny building trying to pose as a night club location that doesn't appear to keep track of their reservations or follow the info they originally said before making a reservation.

Wow! My new favorite spot in Chicago. Gold Coast Social has the best food and even better cocktails! Their menu has something for everyone. From the barbecue lover to the picky eater, my group had the best time and loved all our dishes. Make sure you leave room for the yummy food and a few of their unique cocktails. You won’t regret it! I love that they had live country music and lots of spots to take fun photos. I kind of want to work there so I can wear a light up cowgirl hat on the job. Can’t wait to return!

Gold Coast Social is the best of both worlds, restaurant and bar with a touch of country vibes. Gold Cost Social is beautiful, with great live music and DELICIOUS food and drinks. I highly recommend trying the I.Y.K.Y.K, the steak tacos and the Mac&Cheese. I am for sure coming back, it was just too good and now I want to try the rest of their amazing menu.

This place was unorganized we had a reservation and they didn’t honor it. The front girl is not a problem solver, we waited for over an hour at the bar. Why even do a reservation if they can't respect it, the music is okay, the food is expensive for what they give you. I could easily make an avacado toast better than what they gave me. I'm giving a 1 star for the bad service & the food, a 3 because the music was decent.

Great bartenders Shady door guy that makes up cover charge prices. Not really a dance club, more like a stand around bar that focuses on bottle service. Food is good but you may have to pay a steep cover charge to eat it. I've seen groups walk away which gotta hurt sales at the bar.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! They’re so unorganized! They moved our table 3 times! We paid for 2 hr bottomless mimosas and they would take more than an hour to get us a new pitcher. Save your money and go somewhere else!

The vibe was very good. However, the food was cold and the service was so bad. The server was drinking and you have to look for her and call her to get something. At the end they automatically get 20%, my server didn’t deserve it.

Nice place but overpriced and unprofessional. Guy in charge of reservations was rude, I get having to do a job but the rude manners makes it feel like you getting robbed. Service does not match the atmosphere!!
