V.I.P's Corner Bar & Grill

Stopped here for lunch on our road trip vacation. Excellent! Our waitress was very friendly, and attentive. Food was great! Bar food and atmosphere. Definitely would recommend and stop back if we ever come back! Ordered loaded tots, a bar burger special, Reuben, and bbq boneless wings.

Nice clean friendly. Environment. Burger was tasty. Blue cheese Burger is what I had. Fries. With a Good Quality Ranch for Dipping.

Our first visit to Moline to watch some Storm hockey for the weekend. We headed here twice for food and pre-game drinks Feb 2/3, 2024. Returned because it was so great the first time! VIPs is a great laid-back atmosphere for casual dining and cold beer! The burgers are amazing -- try the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger! It's the Saturday burger special and it's one of the tastiest I have ever had. Paired with onion rings... Soups were amazing as well, nice to have that option as a side. Our server was amazing, very attentive and friendly, even though she was run off her feet working an 18 hour shift! Thank you Lauri! This place should be your go-to before any Vibrant Arena event -- or anytime for that matter. Great value and awesome service. Did I mention cold beer and killer burgers?

Now that they are being shut down and my DJ friend will not be getting reprimanded for this she refused me to allow my service dog in the store and then berated and got him let go from that gig by his employer. Really happy to see that there getting shut down

I want to start with you can’t fix ignorance. The owners wife? Miserable. The bar outside of the lassie? Amazing!! My best friend and i went there for ST. patty’s and it was a great time truly. The food brought us back to life! Seriously!!!!!! The owners wife though? Again…miserable. I told a 20 something year old to “shut up” when she said she was old and the owners wife felt the need to embarrass me and tell me that I’m being disrespectful. When I looked at her confused because she was the only person offended by my statement, she told me that I can look at her however I want and that I can leave if I can’t abide by her rules. The young lady (28 year old) and I had a wonderful conversation if you were wondering! She was a traveler, very sweet, and much in love. And her husband was much in love with her!!!! Before I left I tried to talk to the owners wife to let her know that generationally people have different sayings (I’m 23) and she shouldn’t “attack” (apologies I can’t think of a better word, it’s wee bit late!) someone before she completely assesses the situation. She proceeded to tell me that she’s the owner and can do what she wants and then just ignored me after that. I would have liked an apology but I would have even taken a “that’s my bad, I jumped the gun” but I got NAAATHING. What I got was someone who was so clearly in the wrong but was in denial anyways. Truthfully I can’t say don’t go to this bar because it sucks. But she very much so sucks, so I will not be going back. I don’t think she works often but if you see her please ask why she felt the need to do that as it definitely hurt my feelings. I don’t care, I’ll admit it.

In town for one night and looking for a place with vegetarian options. Several on their expansive menu. I ordered the hot veggie wrap. Absolutely delicious! A variety of grilled vegetables- including some hot jalapeños - along with a zesty sauce led to a wonderful entree. Washed down with an excellent local IPA. Prices very reasonable. If I lived here I would be back frequently.

VIPs Bar has been a spot for me to drop in on the past three years, where I've frequented both during the day and in the evening. Whether it's for a satisfying lunch or some gaming excitement, this spacious establishment never fails to impress. With its raised bar and ample dining area, VIPs Bar creates a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. One of the standout features of this place is the delightful food they serve, and my personal favorite has always been their mouthwatering jalapeno stuffed burger. It never disappoints! Another noteworthy aspect is the hands-on involvement of the owner, who has always been present whenever I've had the chance to speak with her. This personal touch adds a special touch to the overall experience. As the day transitions into evening, VIPs Bar truly comes to life, especially on Saturdays. The atmosphere becomes lively and bustling as more people flock to enjoy the vibrant ambiance. It's no wonder that the business picks up during these hours, creating a noce experience for those who visit.

Love the atmosphere and people here! Many years knowing the owner and always a great visit!! Super spacious for any and all gatherings as well!! The tacos are my favorite! Get down here and try it out!! Jennifer
