Stopped here for dinner while staying in downtown Moline and enjoyed the German food. I really like red cabbage and hot German potato salad is also very good. The red cabbage was delicious - you definitely want to order it. I ordered the Leberkäse Dinner (see picture) lightly beer battered per the waitress' suggestion. It was good and I would recommend it. A favorite restaurant in the Quad Cities. The food is always good. The staff are very friendly and on my last visit one staff member made a radler for me when they were out of the one I had ordered. Great selection of beers.

Customer service was quick as well as receipt of my order. However, and this is a BIG HOWEVER. The jagerschnitzel was unseasoned and only had a tablespoonof gravy. Two enormously over cooked mushrooms were placed on top. The mushrooms had a burnt taste. The fries were soggy, and flavorless. Of the order the most dissatisfying part of the meal beside the failed schnitzel was the red cabbage that tasted like boot leather. Extremely weird taste. Not worth a visit.

Top notch food!! We had the cheddarwurst/bratwurst platter with kraut, red cabbage and german potato salad. And the pork schnitzel/breaded tenderloin and fries. Great atmosphere.

Old school German-American Bar and Grill. The food was great according to everyone in our party. Our server Jen was attentive and phenomenal. All the German food you could tell was hand made. No complaints here.

I grew up in a home with a German mother and wasn't expecting much from this restaurant. The food was incredible. I highly recommend the pretzel appetizer. It was delicious and enough for our table.
