as if the huge selection of games, fun drinks and vegan friendly menu options weren't cool enough.... they're also very lgbtq+ inclusive. the bartender offered to change the name on my tab so i didn't have to repeat my deadname. i live out of town but i visit atleast once a month because i love it so much. 'tis a very quirky, comfortable and fun place to drink. 🙂

Absolutely my Favorite bar!!!! Put of every bar I have been too. The atmosphere and people are Absolutely fantastic. Their not a drink that I don't like. I love playing the video games there. And the Drag shows are soooo much fun. Supports all colors of the pride spectrum.

Overall a nice little place. Consol games instead of arcade. Drinks are small. But tasty. $5 for a bottle of Corona during happy hour. Reminds me of a friend's basement as a kid. Board games, card games.

What a cool place!! I could have spent hours there. My husband and I went for the first time a couple days ago and I drank ciders and played old NES games at the bar. Service was friendly and attentive. It is a very welcoming, diverse, comfortable space. We will definitely be back!

Staff is always friendly from my experience. I don't drink alcohol so I can't comment on the drinking. But I haven't heard any complaints. They are proudly lgbtq+ friendly, so keep that in mind when visiting. Parking could be better but that's my only small complaint.

Game & Grog gives an environment where you feel safe and welcome. If you wanted a drink and play a few games of Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, Sonic, D&D, board games of all kinds, this was the place to go. I'm sad to see them close and hope that someday in the future we see you guys again. I wish you both the best of luck and thank you for giving us a safe place to mingle, sing, and have fun. <3

Have you ever felt a little off? Do you like video games? Are you a part of the LGBTQIA2S+ Alphabet Soup Family or care about someone who is? Are you just kind and want to be surrounded by people who would rather build you up than tear you down? Well, this is the place and community for you. Game and Grog is a unique fixture in Yakima's bar/nightlife. You can play video games from different decades (including the latest games), board games, do karaoke, or just hang out with the most varied and storied people you'll meet in town. It's a place for happiness and acceptance, and arguably the single most wholesome place in Yakima.

I loved seeing the pride flags as I walked up, immediately I knew it was an inclusive place and it was “my kind” of space to go to. Tons of games to choose from, very chill atmosphere. The staff were friendly and I was happy that there was some good vegan options to choose from. I’m not much of a bar person but this was an atmosphere I could enjoy for sure.
