I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to taste Washington wine and cozy place. This place is bit distant from the center of Capitol Hill that it was quiet, which I enjoyed very much. Me and my company tried flights; tasted 4 different wines. The manager explained every bottle of wine nice and in detail. Overall, it was a great experience.

I’ve been a wine club member here for several years. I mostly drink reds, but by all reports the white wines are on point too. Summertime, I typically get a case or two of their rose as well. The tasting room is adorable, with some outdoor seating available for nice days. My favorite thing about Aluel, however, are the people. The owners, Sam and Alex, are so kind, fun and knowledgeable. Everyone that has worked there since I’ve been going there has been amazing (the newest addition being Daniel, who is super wine smart and deals with my antics well). Highly recommend stopping in and maybe signing up for their wine club! (Wine club requirements are only a 6 bottle release twice a year- which you can customize. Lots of great discounts too!)

Very intimate spot with great wine and excellent service. If you have a large party there's an upstairs space that we didn't see but sounded like was very busy. The main lower tasting area was cozy and a great experience.

Wine was great but Kehani made the experience stand out. She was super friendly and was able to offer a ton recommendations for things to do in the city. Certainly made our trip to Seattle more memorable.

Great little wine bar with Washington wines. I’m not usually a Rosé drinker but wow we really enjoyed theirs. The staff the day we were there was incredibly friendly and helpful as it was our first day in Seattle visiting. Great little find and you can buy bottles to take away!

Went here this weekend for wine tasting with a few friends and we loved it! All the wine we tasted was delicious. I especially loved their Rosé and Triad. The staff was awesome! Our hostess took the time to explain each wine in depth. High recommend this place to anyone!

I reserved the upstairs party table for 2 hours (the standard amount of time) for a small event I hosted and had a great experience! Samuel was very helpful to email with and accommodating. There's only a minimum bar tab required to reserve this table, there's no extra fee for reserving the table itself. I would definitely recommend this to others if they have a group of roughly 8 people (the table seats 8). Other than that, Aluel just makes great wines so I would suggest stopping by to try a glass or a flight anytime!
