Went here for a quick lunch bite on a business trip as the nearby highly rated restaurant. It did not disappoint. I got the New England burrito but with a few twists and turns that fit my taste buds. It was SUPER filling and definitely made me want a naptime. I was not a fan of the dessert (homemade apple pie) or the ginger ale (bottled but I forget the brand). I would expect a wait when you go as it is on the smaller side and ALWAYS packed with line out the door (unless it was just the lunch time rush).

One of the best restaurants in Duluth if you don’t want to spend a lot of money but do want good food and have a good time. It gets busy during dinner time like most places and they have music every night so if you aren’t into how loud it gets it’s still worth it to order takeout, which on Saturday you have to do in person. I recommend avoid using a car to get there since parking is very limited in the area when it is busy. They have a lot of different food options so if you need vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free they can accommodate you. Honestly I don’t think they have a single bad item on the menu.

While tables were sticky, the food was good & the staff were moving & grooving! It's got some outdoor seating, indoor and traditional bar seating as well. They often have live music or a solo artist playing tunes & the clients are young & older alike. Very dark dated interior, but it blends the history & longevity of the place. This was my first time but try the butternut soup, more savory than the sweet stuff! Enjoy

This is a perfect place to grab lunch or dinner with a beet. The staff is friendly and the food is absolutely delicious!! They have the best sandwiches. We ordered a chicken bacon artichoke sandwich, pesto bruschetta, and the Brittish dip. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend the pesto bruschetta. I was not expecting the large portion size but gladly welcomed it, and the flavor was out of this world. The establishment was clean and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be returning.

We came here while visiting family and the sandwiches were quite good. We had the Hot Club and Tropical Pig, and both were unique in taste and flavor. The Hot Club was like a club, but with tastier pieces of meat. The Tropical Pig had a nice sweet and spicy taste to it with good flavor. The service was great. You order up front, pay, then you receive a number, and they deliver it to your table.

My husband and I stopped here based on a friends suggestion. We flew in from Oregon today, and wanted a beer to unwind. This was the perfect spot. There was a chill vibe and wonderful live music. The highlight of the evening was the pretzel. It was the best pretzel I have ever had. Perfectly soft with a cheese sauce that was amazing.

We came for my bday to Duluth from Las Vegas, and the first place we stopped was here, we got lunch and let me tell you!! Everything was as phenomenal, full of flavor, amazing atmosphere, and great service!! We got the Pickle Sandwich & pork sandwich I believe, and also we got the pumpkin soup, and onion soup! Highly recommend!!

Always a favorite when I'm home. I remember getting frosty beer mugs in my youth. The food has since much improved. I had a rueben, a nitro IPA, and a cup of smoked Butternut Squash Soup. The soup was superb. The only negative is the tight parking, especially if people drive separately.
