HI-Way Inn

Decided to stop for the Friday fish fry. It was good but I would have liked a little different batter on the fish. Staff is amazing! And such a cute place! Definitely a local hangout.

I'm From Kansas City And I'm in town to visit friends and for work. But I had gotten pretty hungry so I looked for food near me and the closest one was hi way Inn. When I drove up to the inn I was a little on the questionable side but as soon as I walked in the atmosphere and the Very sweet and helpful waitress/bartender was very kind and I had no worries from then on I ordered and the food came out very quick and MAN the food was perfectly cooked and looked delicious I ordered breaded mushrooms and a mushroom and Swiss (yes I took some home lol ) but everything was so well I felt the need to tip the waitress and Cook it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely go back when in town. Thank you hi way in for a great Mn Welcome and yummy food. P.s I even had to shake the cooks hand he was very awesome And yes he washed his hands after lol

Food was delicious, even though they where busy we had fantastic service. Have to stop by and try this little hidden gem.

A little bar off of 95. Parking was limited. Seating inside was also limited. Karaoke was ok, definitely not the best system. However we had an amazing waitress and bartender. The place is kinda small. The food though, omg!!! I got a California burger, that literally tasted like heaven!! ❤️

Well,, service was OK was not very clear on help with ordering, " I just take the orders don't cook it" also be very clear on your orders or your going to get added costs, drinks where ok priced ok. Personnel pizza was really good also home made cook did a great job on that fish and chips over priced for what you get! Again ask very clear questions as your not going to be happy when the bill comes out. Your decision to go there. All of us probably not in no hurry. Maybe for the drinks only

I curb side ordered and it only took 15 minutes for my order. Fresh and hot just how i like it. Burgers where cooked on point too! Chef knows what hes doing. The mushroom swiss in the picture had a sauce that was to die for! Also the seasoned sour cream was a awesome pairing with the seasoned cross fries. Definitely returning to HI-way inn! Ordered a pizza to go got home pizza was made wrong. Called asked for a new pizza they said no they’d give a discount on a new order. How about making me a new pizza correctly. Nope we don’t do that just a discount on the next one. No thanks I’ll pass the lady I spoke with was very rude & argumentative. Unapologetic said mistakes happen. Yes they do but then you correct them. Or remake there pizza! They got there money, I however didn’t get to eat my dinner. Will never go again & wouldn’t recommend!

This was the first time my husband and I stopped here, the lady behind the counter was kind and the food was amazing! We ordered 2 Mushroom and swiss's and a thing of breaded mushrooms. Everything was great! We will definitely be visiting again.
