I took my parents who’s visiting from Japan and we absolutely loved this place! I’ve been to the other piano bar in slc but this place is better in my opinion. Their beer are $5 and other drinks were pretty reasonable The cover fee was $5 each we were able to doordash food and bring snacks. Singers here are so so so talented, funny and great entertainers! we were more than impressed!! I would’ve hit the golden buzzer if i could. We tipped $5 each request and they played both times. (When we went to the other piano bar we had to tipped $20 and they didn’t even play it) When i made a reservation, they answered quickly and they were able to seat us at the closest table to the stage. Their atmosphere were way better and the restrooms were clean! Im definitely coming back! Thanks for amazing time

We recently hosted a private party at the Tavernacle and the entire experience was terrific! The staff were helpful, friendly, thoughtful, and so much fun to work with. The ambiance was perfect, the beer selection was great, and overall it turned out to be a great event!

Had a great night at the Tavernacle to shake of our election blues! Loved the space. Loved the excellent pianists and we were very well looked after by Victor, Vic and Austin. Thank you gents! I will send all my friends visiting SLC your way!

The Tavernacle Social Club, SLC, located east of Ruth Chris steak house is the best dueling pianos I have ever seen. The talent is funny, interactive and extremely talented. Service was very slow. Atmosphere was nice until a bunch of 20 somethings came in and thought it was funny to pay to have the talent sing the most vulgar songs I’ve ever heard, and I’m no prude. Several tables walked out. The drinks were delicious. Good food. Idk if this has turned into a 20 something Club, but I will return to find out. You have to park in a pay parking terrace or parking lot across the street. Casual dress.

Great place to go and have some fun! Fun to watch and put in your song requests. Bar has lots of options for drinks and beer.

Karaoke was fun but drinks are weak. Bartender couldn’t make a dirty martini!

This was my 1st time visiting this establishment and there were 4 in our group. It started off it started off nice as we walked in we were greeted by the owner and informed that there's no wait staff to order drinks or food and we have to order from bartenders. So I ordered from the bartender our drinks, fried cauliflower and steak sticks, he informed me that they were out of steak, so I asked if they could give me chicken wings he said yes. Once the food came, we only had the chicken, which was put on a plate with no dipping sauce of any kind. We needed more drinks, so I went up to get more drinks, and ask the bartender where the fried cauliflower was? He said oh my bad and entered it in on the computer. When it came it was fried broccoli, not cauliflower. I mentioned that to the bartender and he went over to the table and looked at the bowl and saw the green in there and come back and says bring in there and come back and says no it's all cauliflower and then run in the back it's cauflower and then ran in the back brought out a big tub of cauflower and said see no broccoli. A few minutes later the owner is the owner Tiffany came over came over and asked if she could speak with me outside. Once outside she started accusing me of harassing the staff and saying that we got what we ordered. When I showed her the picture of the broccoli she denied that it was broccoli and said it was cauliflower. I said look I'm a level 7 Google guide and I always post about places that I visit and that I have over 5.7 million views. She said now you're threatening me and I don't want you to go back inside. I said well I have a credit card in there and I'm gonna go back in and get my card. She ring me up handed me the card our bill was $60 and I left a $40 tip and we left the establishment. Tiffany then followed us out to the truck followed us out and handed me my $40 tip back. She mentioned that the place was closing and the building was being tore down. I don't care if it's the last minute of your last day, you still don't treat customers the way that we were the customers the way that we were treated. Good luck Tiff!

I went for the karaoke since that was what was going on that night. Played some pool, sang along with a lot of individuals who couldn't really sing but it's karaoke and drinks were flowing that's the whole point. Bartenders were friendly, prompt, with my tonic water drink it was what you'd expect out of a place such as this.
