Loved that there are so many vegan options! The vegan wings were good. The ‘angry korean’ wings weren’t as spicy as we were hoping for. But still tasty. I’d order again. The cheesy fries were okay, but wish they offered more toppings to make it a true loaded fries. I don’t think I’d order those again. I want to try the loaded baked potato next time. Inside smelled like smoke, so if anyone has sensitivities to the smell, this may not be the location for you.

Hands down, my favorite bar in the Salt Lake City area. They have excellent service / bar tenders along with a great beer selection. The atmosphere is great with live bands , I believe on Friday and Saturday night.

I came to see my friend perform at drag bunch. Our waitress, Althea (? I think I spelled that right?) was super friendly and on top of things! The drinks were affordable and the brunch was so good for the price! I will definitely be coming back 🙂

I needed a beer and place to chill after a crazy week at work. I decided to go to Piper Down because I've been here before. Of course, this place never disappoints me. Liquir Goddess is amazing. The onion rings are delicious, and of course, the Guinness beer! I love coming here to escape from the craziness of the world.

Delicious vegan brunch! The service is so great here, our server was very attentive and even brought me out a gift when I shared it was a birthday. They have an entire vegan menu which is so exciting, they had many options. I had a traditional Irish breakfast which isn’t usually something you can find vegan friendly.

My husband and I are regulars at Piper Down. We have had so many fond memories here such as birthday celebrations, meeting new friends, just because, and Holiday celebrations. I have a huge girl crush on one of the gal bartenders. She’s always so nice to me and has the prettiest tattoos! I was brave enough to tell her how pretty she is and she said I am too! I felt so bashful! Everyone here is a cutie pie and I just am so happy to come here every time the food and drinks are always superb! We love the security guard and all the employees and cooks here. We have never had a sour experience and this is definitely our comfy and cozy preference of a bar. Can’t wait for the next time we go! The pretzel with the queso and Guinness mustard is always a must! I also love that I order mocktails and just soda without ever being judged for not wanting to drink. I don’t know how Piper Down did it, but they picked the most amazing people to work here.

Cute place, once you get passed the smell of the lavatory, the wood absorbed the smell of the years from urine. Attractive set up, old-school vibe. The overall place was adorable. Let's start with the interactions, normal routine, Dan checked IDs, and the bartender was eager to leave, either that or was pompous and arrogant. White Russian was ordered. Bartender served it short with heavy creamer. Upon asking for his logic behind the creation, I learned that he didn't want me to wait and there was a substitute. Thank you for the consideration, although the next few moments were met with a brief case of hostility, yanks the drink from my hand and tosses it out. After he ask how I'd like it prepared, as I responded, no thank you, I will not cast my pride for arrogant individuals. We left. Great experience, perhaps the level of entitlement is apparent there? Who knows.

Piper Down Pub in SLC is awesome! We loved the vibe and atmosphere. Not to mention the huge offering of vegan options on the menu. Their drink menu is pretty extensive too! Elizabeth was amazing, efficient, and attentive to top off a great experience. Check them out!
