Main Street Hideaway

A friendly welcome from staff and customers for an overseas visitor. Only visited this bar a couple of times so far but plan on heading back. Good tasty food at a decent price in a relaxed environment.

Super fun place with plenty to do. Pool tables, deck outside, nice bar, and live music. We had a great time!

I saw good reviews on this place and we went there with the whole family while vacationing; having a very hard time with GPS finding it, we circled the block a couple of times looking. Unsure if it was the right place, I walked in to check, and was sadly disappointed! I confirmed it was the right place and walked around to check the place out; we ended up leaving, to find something with better ambiance...to be kind in my description! This is probably a great place for those with alcoholic tendencies that want a place to just drink, drown their sorrows, look at the water if they want and get something more varied and substantial than just grill food to eat, if they get hungry! There wasn't a soul in the front room at all, nobody even acknowledged me while I was there. it looked dark and abandoned, like a seedy bar. It smelled like the room where they might clean and gut fish. Towards the back was a bar counter, with 4 or 5 people sitting in the semi darkness nursing their drink. Out thru the back door I could see a deck with bright decorations, overlooking the water and music playing, but to get there you had to go thru the darkened front room, over a couple of step up thresholds and thru a back door. All very inconvenient for my mom, who is in a wheelchair and for those with mobility or vision issues.

Bar food prices are average, yet really good. Kiki makes the best Spinach Artichoke dip on the planet! Atmosphere is wonderful....from the street, you would have no idea of this hidden gem.

A ton of fun! the people are so friendly and the prices are reasonable. It reminds me of the old places you used to find on the highways. the great live music was always a surprise.

Main Street Hideaway is incredible! We are so happy you've opened this bar in Ashland City. Everyone was friendly and welcoming (owner, bartenders, and the regulars). Scott & Maryann were so great getting the crowd excited about karaoke. It was my birthday and the owners reserved a table for me, everyone sang to me and Scott and Maryann were so great with the crowd and my friends and I had a blast singing. The drinks were good and the appetizers I had were yummy too. We are definitely coming back.

Food, service and the people are so nice. Not a place of drama and fighting. Seems everytime I've been. And the people are very happy and very nice. They opened their bar and grill pool tables to my friends and i... made us feel very welcomed. By the way they have AWESOME mixed drinks and appetizers or tray food. I'm sure other plate foods were better. But no complaints on food, drinks, service or atmosphere. Also they have a beautiful deck on backside to get fresh air and visit among one another. Very nice. I rate this bar a 10. And I don't get out too often but this place is my GO TO... WHEN I DO!

This was my first visit to this place. My friend Dan invited me to a Thanksgiving party at this place. The staff was really nice. The food was delicious and we did Karaoke tonight and I made some New friends today. So it was a good day. Had fun.
