Craig's Time Out Tavern

The bartender was very sweet but she allowed another customer to be extremely rude & hostile towards us about a pool table her boyfriend let us use for 2 rounds of pool. When she decided she wanted the pool stick and table back because we where “taking to long”. When the bartender came over to speak with me about what was going on she dismissed the woman’s behavior because the lady was a “regular”. And apparently this isn’t her first time starting issues according to the bartender. Very unprofessional, and off putting. We chose to leave due to the hostile environment created by the “regular” and dismissal from the bartender about it. It was unfortunate and I didn’t even get to finish my 2nd drink that I paid for because I felt so uncomfortable . Definitely won’t be returning.

Time Out used to have a great staff and good food. I don’t know what happened but the entire staff has changed and we went there for taco Tuesday (they used to have the BEST chicken tacos) and the chicken was so dried out and overcooked it was completely inedible. The bartender did make us some decent margaritas but what the heck Craig? Where did the thick girls with tattoos go? Them ladies knew how to cook!

We love Time out Tavern! Garrett is the best and makes the best French fries! The service is always fast and we always feel important. Thank you 🙂

Stopped in to have a few beers and order some wings to go. Wings are their special on Wednesday. Service was friendly but too busy B. S ing with regulars to notice me. Got my wings and left. Got home to eat my wings and they were literally burnt. Now I know mistakes happen but you throw away mistakes and you don’t serve mistakes to your customer. I believe this bar is owned by the same people that own the Gridiron but they obviously have a different standard. Way below the bar compared to the Gridiron they should be embarrassed. Way too dry to eat. It was a double order and I literally threw them away and made my own dinner. I really appreciate the owner responding. I truly would have left 0 stars if I could. Since they did respond I will go back in a week or so and return here to give feedback. I really hope they make a difference so I can change my rating of them. 8/7/23. I’m here now, super friendly staff. Waiting for my order and I’ll see if it’s a repeat or if I can raise my rating. Same order as last time. Definitely a different cook so I’m optimistic. I watched the bartender check my wings before bring them to me. She then asked if I wanted extra dipping sauce. This time I checked them before leaving and they look great. I believe in second chances and now I won’t hesitate going back. Christy is the bartender that helped me today and I didn’t get the cook’s name. Last time the food was terrible but the bartender was good. So I’ll chalk this up to a cook having a bad day and not caring. I’ll definitely be back.

Dine in | Dinner So I don’t do reviews but heard they had a new cook so went in and tried the food ordered a bbq bacon burger , buffalo wings & OMFG best burger & wings I’ve ever had. wings where crispy and full of flavor and the burger was so juice perfectly put together . will be coming back as long as he is there. The other cooks don’t compare to this kid food is made with love lol ..

Great place to kick back bartenders are great good food. One complaint could you please put in a foot rest for sitting at the bar would be awsome. Thank you

This bar is a great! Clean, well tended and taken care of. They are really good about controlling the environment of the bar as well, quickly removing any trouble makers. My family all frequent this establishment because we enjoy the good, drinks and we feel safe!

This bar has such a home like atmosphere. The service is amazing, the food is sooo good. If you want a good crowd, good service and great drinks I would recommend. The manager socializes with everyone and takes suggestions! 10 /10! Also best clam chowder in the county.
