The owner is outstanding! Recently moved from Tigard to Redmond and was looking for a perfect new watering hole. Nice people all around. Was able to meet a few of the customers. Love it here. And yes, the fish and chips are fantastic. Hopefully will be moving to the new apartments nearby and making this a new local restaurant/pub to visit often. Thanks for a great experience!

Oh my goodness. I ordered the Western burger and asked for well-done. Whoever cooked and prepared it..amazing! From the beginning to the last bite this burger was one I will not forget!

Apparently the 4 of us came into this establishment the day it changed ownership. It took over 45 minutes to have the waitress take our order. She said there was a pool tournament & they needed to serve them first. The waitress kept in contact with us & multiple excuses were given as to why service was slow. Our order finally came over an hour later. The food was inedible. Everything was covered in grease & way overcooked. Even though the tab was comped by management, this service & food is unacceptable at any restaurant. And to top it off, when we left, the employees were standing on the sidewalk smoking. Yikes! We will not return.

Lunch was excellent! Service was patient and kind. The lighthearted bartender didn't get frustrated with multiple order updates. Chill spot for a bite and a drink.

Just stopped in for a couple beers. Havn't tried the food. To soon for love at 5 stars. People are friendly, good service. Put what I wanted on the tv. Most people were lined up to play pool in the side room. They have a dart board machine blocked by a table. When I asked about it someone mentioned they were thinking of having a dart league with more boards. I was in a dart league once, it was very enjoyable. Been wanting to do it again. You have my vote (dart league) yes please. I'll be there for that. Then I might love it 5 stars.

I brought in 5 seniors for lunch. I was met by the manager Mark. I told him I moved a table to accommodate us. His response was "you should have called with your group". He was very short with the seniors when asking for there drink orders and even to myself.. when he eventually came to get the orders he appeared to be inpatient with the seniors as if they weren't telling him fast enough. He heavy sighed when he found out they needed to be on separate tickets. Once our food arrived we never saw him again. He never came back to see if everything was OK. Yet he was talking to other patrons in the same room. Even refilled their drinks. We had to go ask for refills. When he did come back he left the tickets and left in a hurry. When we asked for boxes he did bring them back but hurried off again. One asked for a bag to put his boxes in, the manager heavy sighed and rolled his eyes. Is this good customer service especially from a manager? My seniors voiced we will never come back here again. I am appalled at this treatment especially to seniors. While paying my ticket i confronted him about the treatment. He apologized but i didnt feel it was honest. He grabbed my ticket and tossed it in the garbage and when i told him i needed a recipt he grabbed it out of the garbage, wrinkled up and tossed it on the bar. My husband and I frequent this place alot and have never been treated badly. I may think twice about coming back here myself.
