The food and service was awesome! I highly recommend the "Halibut Fish and Chips" which has a more dense texture than the "Cod Fish and Chips" which is a more flaky lighter fish, but both are definitely delicious! The fish tacos are a good option too. We weren't very impressed with the slaw, but other than that it was a great experience. On a side note: I think that the restaurant is a bit small and it looks like it gets pretty busy, so a system where you order, pay and go to the counter to pickup your food and choose your own seats would probably work best for the type of food served, we've been to similar establishments and that system seems to work better, but with that being said the service we received was great and everyone was pleased with their meals. Thank you!

Excellent excellent food every single time. We love getting the halibut fish & chips and the fried cheese curds. So delicious! The staff recommended caramel sauce with the cheese curds - oh yes, you gotta try it!!

Great stop for quick quality food. Chowder was good and had a herby flavor that set it apart. Fried chicken was amazing, and you can get fish and chips with your choice of fish. Will be hitting this place up everything I'm in town. P.S. ask if they have popcorn shrimp.

Regular visitors to the area, first time eating here. Fast friendly service. Food was top notch. Generous portions and reasonable prices all things considered. We had the fish tacos and Albacore fish and chips. Will definitely be back.

We had the special, fried tuna and fries (chips). I know Tuna has a meaty te fue and that was good. The fries and the fish were deep fried fresh. The slaw was average. The coffee is weak and the ice tea was ok. We sat outside and there were plenty of tables. Since we sat outside, we ordered at the counter. The service was ok. We got the meal in to go containers, even the ice tea and the coffee. They do serve different alcoholic beverages. I wasn’t impressed with the menu. The couple seated close to us did mentioned that the chowder was good. If there is a next time I would go for that.

Solid choice for fish and chips. Decent sized pieces of fish. Beer battered fries were tasty. Quickly seated. Not a long wait for food. We ordered halibut and tuna, both were great! Will be back in the future.

The first time I came here I thought the food was terrible and I never went back. Several years later I decided to try again. I got there at 7:15, and the sign on the door said it was closed, even though they are supposed to be open until 8. They let me order food and said they were closing in a few minutes. I think it’s really important for businesses to set their hours and keep them. Closing 45 minutes early can really mess up someone’s plans, and potentially cause them to miss out on getting food at all when everywhere closes at 8. On to the food. The fish is good. The batter is thicker and oilier than I like but it was hot and crunchy. The pieces of fish are very small, but look big because there’s sooo much batter. The fries unfortunately were not fresh. Not only were they old fries, they were thrown in the oil twice and were so nasty and oily. Completely not edible. Just make fresh fries! These meals cost way too much to be giving people nasty old fries. The chowder was surprisingly good. I probably won’t come back unless it’s an emergency. There are much better places to eat.
