This is one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. The standout dish for me is their salmon, served with crispy French fries and fresh coleslaw - a perfect combination of flavors and textures. The service is consistently excellent, with attentive staff who enhance the dining experience. The restaurant's atmosphere is inviting, making it a pleasure to dine here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would give it a 4-star rating. Whether you're looking for a casual meal or a reliable go-to spot, this restaurant delivers on all fronts. Don't miss out on trying their delicious salmon!

Nice little bar and grill. We came for lunch so didn't see live music but they have a stage for it. Outside patio. Plenty of space. All seating is metal chairs, bar high or regular. No booths. Good atmosphere. Our server was great! Very attentive! I didn't like that the hostess came over and tried taking my appetizer when there was still food and I was mid-bite still eating it. Not cool. We had the pretzels and pizza chips appetizers. Pizza chips are awesome! Highly recommend! Pretzels were good but first beer cheese I didn't like and first beer cheese my husband did like - ha! I think it was the type of beer used. My husband had the bison burger which I tried. It tasted like a beef burger, couldn't tell it was bison, nothing stood out about it. A good burger overall. We had never had bison before so that was an interesting find! I had a build your own pizza. It was also good! I would come back to try other menu items. Not a huge menu but good size for a bar. Check it out, though!

This is one of the best kept secrets in Kansas City. Especially during Christmas, the entire Main Street area is lit up. Update to my original review: I was notified one of my photos had 40,000 views. Thank you to everyone who viewed the photo. I hope ya all try this place out during the holidays. The entire Main Street area is lite up with holiday lights, like the plaza. They used to have a guy with a horse drawn carriage offering carriage rides. I am not sure if they do that anymore. It was located within walking distance from Konrad’s. I love coming here to have a nice meal with friends. There is plenty of free parking next to the restaurant. It’s across from the train tracks. You can see the Amtrak trains pass by. Amtrack has an active station within walking distance from Konrad’s. Inside Konrad’s the place is very clean. On Friday nights they have free live music. The food is excellent. I didn’t take photos because I ate it so fast. I wanted the bbq pork nachos but they took it off the menu since I left Kansas City. I got the quesadillas. And my favorite German draft beer to go along with it. I actually called from Portland earlier this year to ask what the name of the German beer was they sold. I found it in Portland at a specialty liquor store. Dogs are allowed in. The day I was here, a huge dog was on the patio. Dog was very well behaved. I had my niece college graduation party here years ago. Konrad’s was very accommodating to the cake I brought in. The out of state guests liked how relaxed and friendly Konrad’s was. Plus the outside when you are done eating, you can walk around and there is plenty to do. The day I went to Konrad’s there was a free concert playing and an Art fair going on. The area around the restaurant is maintained well which encourages one to stay and check out the rest of the area. I can’t love this establishment enough. I moved away from the area, but it’s nice to know, you can always go home and get the same level of hospitality as and you left. Konrad’s is located off the Main Street area in Lees Summit. It’s easy to get too. And you will want to stay after you eat to check out the area. I love exploring Main streets and it’s refreshing it’s still thriving and going strong.

Been here a few times. Never had the pizza. Was looking forward to the braided crust. We got 4 pizzas. 3 braided and one thin. 2 braided looked great. One was overcooked and had no crust. I was looking forward to eating the crust with honey. It should never have made it to the table. The waitress was apologetic about it. Asked if we wanted the manager. It had taken a while so we ate it and left. In my opinion, it should have been removed from the bill. These pics are supposed to be the same pizza. I will go back. Usually good.

Cool little old pub in downtown Lee’s Summit. Building materials all seem original giving the place a cool old time feel. The food was delicious with Happy Hour deals making every appetizer $6. I ordered the bones and a pizza, both of which were good. For those that have experienced Pyramid Pizza’s bones, these are good, but not quite at the same level. I would recommend coming here to any friend or family member.

April 2022: Inside seating open for business. No masks required. The dining area is decorated nicely. Food is even more delicious delivered directly to the table. It was nice to be able to get out and enjoy a relaxing lunch. Original post: Delicious! We ordered online and picked up at the restaurant. They had curbside pick up available.

Our experience at Konrad's was mediocre. They definitely have potential. I've read a lot of good things about them. My burger was over-cooked but also I was not asked what temperature I wanted it cooked to. It was pretty flavorless. The fries were good. The Pizzini seemed like a great idea but it had mostly just a bunch of lettuce stuffed in it and very little other ingredients. I ordered a French 75 and it was served over ice in a collins glass which is not a French 75. They had their tables distanced very well for social distancing, all servers that I saw were wearing masks, and correctly. Our server was good. The main entrance had stairs but there's at least one ramp (although kind of steep) near the patio. Restrooms are accessible.

Tried another local place while in town. Cool little spot that has live music on the weekends. Wish they had a band playing tonight (Thursday). But it is a neat area they are located in. Food was good and served quickly. The portion was adequate, but not a lot. Fries were great!! They were fresh and hot with seasoning. Our server Kourtney did great with our group. We had maybe 10 people. She was keeping our beers full, and anything we needed. Overall, it was a great time. Thank you Kourtney!!
