Their pizza is some of the best on the lake! They load up on the toppings! Their fish bites and french fries I highly recommend! Their chicken tenders are blah. But the other stuff made up for it! The beach is perfect if you have kids! They had a great band - only complaint was the music was too loud (I know, I'm old!) You could also sit inside in the A/C to avoid it being too loud also. Great place! Will be a regular in our rotation now!

Fun place for a Friday night out. Everyone friendly. Music was "JD Heckler" - excellent band! Even though it rained all evening, we had fun!

I stumbled on this place randomly after a day on the lake. Love it! The vibe is very beach! I had some great cocktails, and bartender Mo introduced me to a skinny dip and that is my new drink of choice! I will definitely go back the food was bomb and the ambiance is what you want for an LOZ establishment!

Stopped here on a trip from Wisconsin, which everything was great. Food was fast, reasonably priced and very good... the staff was fantastic! Good music with indoor and outdoor seating, the seating is first come first serve. We would definitely stop here again if in the Ozarks. Also, there is a $3 toll CASH ONLY to get to this location....but the view from the bridge is worth it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Papa Chubbies!! We have been searching for a GREAT pizza and finally found one! It is indescribable, you have to try it for yourself! We love the atmosphere and being from Cedar Co Iowa seeing those license plates on the wall as well as all the other antiques makes for such a great, home like atmosphere. Papa Chubbies is right along the water, mm 26. If you haven’t been I HIGHLY recommend giving them a try! Keep in mind they are seasonal so check their website for their opening and closing dates.

Went today to celebrate our 40th anniversary. So happy we did! My husband got the seafood platter, which he said was delicious, and I got the blackened chicken tacos with fries. The chicken in the tacos was perfectly seasoned and the fresh toppings on top along with the chipolte sauce was spot on. The French fries were coated in a crispy batter and were delicious. Our waitress was very nice and attentive without hovering. I appreciate that. With all the food options on the lake, we consider this one of our top choices now.

The food is great, never had anything bad there. Service is hit or miss, but generally good. The outdoor bar and live music is fun. They have a decent amount of dock space and a sand beach. Truly their only real issue is if you sit outside the fly problem is terrible. I’ve eaten here several times so this review is based on multiple visits not just one.
