I found this little pub while I was on a date on my birthday. The atmosphere and crowd was pretty decent. most of all, I love the fact that they do live performances. Unfortunately for me the person who I was with wasn't feeling the music and wanted to leave. Honestly, I should've ditched her ass instead and vibe out with another chick that night (something that my gut feeling was screaming at me to do). If I ever get another opportunity come to this pub, I might just change the star rating.

Stuffy,Small, and Pretentious. I think my sister's description of her ex was similar...Now if you're a yuppy with limited appreciation for cultures outside of your own, it's probably a good match.

Found this place by accident while waiting for a train, and what a jewel of a find it is. We got there right after it opened and it was quiet, but quickly a few regulars showed up and the atmosphere couldn't have been better. The bartender was nice, funny, and made us feel as welcome as the regulars at the bar too. The decor and just overall vibe was stellar. I can only imagine how great it would be during peak hours with more people and live music. It is on the smaller side, so I can imagine it gets crowded, but that's half the charm of a hole-in-the-wall spot like this

Good beer selection. Fun to chill at while waiting for the train. My kid got to play yoshi's island on the stage which was pretty awesome.

Oasis is an absolute staple in southeastern, CT. They always have a fresh tap and can list pouring. You can always score some of the best beer in the state of CT. Great music and crowd at all times. Sean and crew keep this place busy and fun. Cheers!

Much smaller than I expected but good vibes all around

Great place to spend a few hours in New London. I visited town for a Saturday and Sunday night and had a great time both nights. Locals are friendly and good service from Parker behind the bar. Speaks volumes when bartenders from other venues come here after their shifts!

Since even before the pandemic there has been a dearth of quality bars in New London - a little city that should have a surfeit of them. Oasis is a bright spot. For a relatively compact space, it more than pulls its weight in terms of hard booze (try the homemade Apple Pie Moonshine), local and specialty brews (at reasonable prices), and a mix of some of the best dang people in town. And that's not even counting the amazing art for sale, or the great bands who give up the stage to a Nintendo system any patron can play on a big screen in the wee hours.
