East Side Daiquiris On The Circle

I was ignored repeatedly before a bartender came to me. Ordered a green tea shot. They gave me the shot in a condiment container. I basically paid $13 for 2 to go containers of ketchup, that’s crazy as hell. I feel scammed. I’m upset & I really want my money back.

Daiquiris weren't the best I've had n I've had quite a few from around Louisiana. The drive thru is a tight squeeze but I still give it 4 stars for the location n 5 stars for friendly service. Not fast service but good. The white Russians are a little on the weak side.

My husband and I walked in and stood at the entrance waiting to be seated. This was our first time so assuming we seat ourselves we proceeded to the tables. No one greeted us or even looked up from their phones. We sat in silence and scanned the room the atmosphere was negative in energy and the customer service was none existing. I'm a sucker for good customer service, however we received none! Not even acknowledgment that we were there. Never going back!

They used to try when they first opened and since then the food has went down the toilet from there. They used to serve wings in a basket with some celery, now you get dry wings thrown on a tray.

Sat on their phones, bothered them ordering FOOD & DRINK. Dead souls, took my order, then they only wanted my card. Nothing, not a smile, nothing like THE LOVE JULIA'S PUT ON THAT PROPERTY! CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS EVERYTHING! Entitled will not be paid for being bothered by customers. Will not support this place. Where/who are the managers? The People PERSON, NOWHERE! Food was only ok..js.

One star - extremely disappointing experience. Visited with friends and faced a 30-minute wait without any service, despite a $10 cover charge per person. Attempts to address the slow service with the manager were dismissed without acknowledgment or apology. Not only did our group of six leave without receiving any drinks, but another group also walked out for the same reason. It seems you’re paying just for entry, with no guarantee of service. Cannot recommend

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, music was current and up to date. The food was very good.

We are back in town from the Midwest visiting our children, their significant others and our grand babies and our son opted to all meet here. We ordered drinks and every appetizer and dip on the menu. I honestly wasn’t expecting much…we were like it’s a daiquiri bar. Lo and behold, their menu is not vast, but it packs a punch. Everything was cooked to perfection and had great flavor complimented by a well suited sauce. Everything was spectacular. I am not often surprised by the food options in Alexandria, but my husband and I can say we were pleasantly, at this location. Great, friendly staff. Warm and inviting ambiance. Come get a drink and try their food!!! Guaranteed, you will not be disappointed!
