No one under 21 can enter this establishment! It’s a cute dive bar restaurant! We came and it was empty which for us was great! 6 of us got a table and had quick service! I love wings and these wingers were GOOD! the fried pickles were so good and so glad they didn’t come out as spears! The waiter was super friendly and attentive! Would definitely come back if in the area!

Great place to start for the New Orleans experience. Benjamin (day shift) GREAT!! Kept me thoroughly entertained.. I did not like their etouffee. the second picture is corned beef hash which was just OK..

Nice little dive bar, nothing spectacular, nothing bad (although apparently the bartenders got in a verbal fight right before we got there). Mashed potatoes and gravy hit the spot, and the jambalaya was pretty good!

Fresh off the heels of a ghost tour, my partner and I were looking for a late night haunt of a different variety--restaurants. Déjà Vu was not our first choice, but it was our first recourse, having been recommended to us by the proprietress of our first choice. (I find it charming that NOLA businesses are so eager to send more business to their peers.) When we walked in, there were but a sparing few occupying seats there, but all present seemed thoroughly comfortable: a good sign. We sat ourselves, and shortly after, we were greeted by a waitress. The food wasn't quick, but there seemed to be only one person working in the kitchen. When it did arrive, it was fairly straightforward and unfussy diner fare (the breakfast, at least.) We had no glaring issues with anything, which is more valuable than one'd think.

Perfect grilled chicken salad, but I was not happy with the fried gator bites. The host was perfect and had the bites redone. But I still wasn't happy. They were really helpful and seemed nice during my food issue. Overall, I was happy. Oh, great, sweet tea.

We always have the best time and the food is so good!! They made my special request a reality... Shrimp etouffe with an over easy egg on top! We will make this our go to place every time we are in town!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Deja Vu in the French Quarter of New Orleans is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles and a charming atmosphere. But let's get to the heart of it – the food and drinks! Their Bloody Marys are hands down the best I've ever had. Perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice, garnished to perfection, and the presentation is simply top-notch. These Bloody Marys are a must-try, and trust me, they will not disappoint. Now, let's talk about the steak dinner. It’s genuinely the best reasonably priced steak you will find anywhere. Cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The portion sizes are generous, and every bite leaves you wanting more. The service here is impeccable, and the staff always make sure you have everything you need. Deja Vu is now my go-to spot in New Orleans, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Whether you're a local or just visiting, make sure to stop by and experience this wonderful restaurant. You'll be planning your next visit before you even leave! Bravo, Deja Vu!

We stopped in to take a break from walking and have a beer, the bartender was fantastic he was hilarious and knew how to keep the conversation alive while still tending to all of the patrons. My fiancé ordered the red beans and rice with spicy sausage, it was out so quick and he said it was delicious. Overall great experience, great prices, great atmosphere!
