One of the best bar/venues I've been to in while. Bar side with booths on one side and Stage side with a bar, tabletops and seating on the other. Outside section is fenced off and has benches and tables. Sound guy was killer and they showcase REAL local and touring music. One of the last non-livenation affiliated spots in Montana. Go there for music or just to a drinks, you won't hate it.

Great (cash only) bar in an old building that may be looking worse for wear on the outside, but full of history and modern artistic expression on the inside! Local artists have added murals inside carrying on the theme of the Jester and also the love for music. We travel and frequent local, old, small and dive bars throughout the PNW, and this one has a great chill vibe, full bar, and plenty of bar games to entertain a crowd for hours. The 4 pool tables were adequate, several electronic dart boards, gambling games, 2 rooms and 2 bar tops, an outdoor smokers lounge, and a stage for music. Prices were good and the locals were friendly and engaging. Definitely would go back often if we lived in the area.

Nicest bartenders, and an amazing open mic on thursdays. It's a little community in a bar. Feels like home ✨️

The Jester's Bar is an iconic masterpiece, frozen in time on purpose to pay homage to yester-years. Well played, Jesters- Rodney street for the win

Great atmosphere, the folks who work here are wonderful , good sense of humor, and they I.D. Parking is somewhat limited, but there are areas nearby that are suitable. They seem to have a blast on karaoke nights. Live band performances and themed events . Soda by the can a dollar each, and cigarettes at around $10/pack, not bad given the convenience. Remember, Jesters is cash only!

I walked in this place to briefly gamble and get a drink. As soon as you walk in everyone stares at you if they don't know you then they don't talk to you they don't make you feel comfortable at all not even the bartender. And if you don't tip don't go back because they will remember who you are and the service will be less than desirable. If they even acknowledge you exist. I gambled a five-dollar bill and listen to everyone talk about someone that it just exited the bar and only left a dollar tip. My observation of that situation was the person had to walk to the bar to get their drink. bartender would not come to them at the machine. So why should he tip you more than a dollar if he had to do all the work all you did was make the drink you couldn't even walk around the bar or say hey can I get you something ? . Instead he sat there for quite a while waiting for someone to acknowledge that he was there and ask him if he needed a drink. I'd say after 15 minutes he finally got to the bar and then it took a bartender another 5 minutes to get to him not because he was busy making drinks but because he was busy talking to the regulars. He turned and saw the young man standing at the bar, then he proceeded to lean on the bar and talk for another 5 minutes. I mean come on if you live on tips or rely on tips and anyway then you might want to give better service. I mean or if you are so rich that you don't need the money then let someone else work there that does.
