Very comfortable. I listened to some wonderful buttery jazz. Its a fun place to dress up and lounge around. Kim stone from rippingtons was there and played some tunes! What a treat.

The atmosphere is great and the dancing was a lot of fun. However, I’m only giving it two stars because I felt pretty discriminated by the staff. I understand I look young and don’t exactly fit the age of 21 yet, but when security and entrance checks your ID and gives you the stamp for eligibility to drink then why are the bartenders still checking your ID again?? I got it checked TWICE when trying to buy a beer. This just made the experience uncomfortable but I would definitely give this place another chance.

Music was absolutely fantastic. The bar service was not great almost out of everything. Bartender did his best but was not familiar with the menu or what was in stock. Seemed to still be in training without proper support from the hotel staff. Qbar used to be great. They need to bring back salsa night. Jazz music was absolutely lovely and the musician's were great.

We were excited to go to newly reopened Q Bar. It looked like there was going to be happy hour with bar bites, and live music. We got there shortly after happy hour was supposed to start. No one was there except two bar staff who looked puzzled to see anyone. We bantered our way through the first few minutes, and discovered they knew nothing about any happy hour and had to consult with an unseen someone on the subject. They came back to tell us happy hour meant $1 off their drinks. Cocktail prices started at $16. And there was no food. No set up for food. I personally found that odd given the hotel complex with at least one kitchen and two weddings in progress. We ordered from the drink menu. The drinks were their concoctions. Mine was not complex, dominated by lemon on top of bitters, no nuance, and short even in the small up cocktail glass. The smallest martini glass. The ounce and a half one. My guy ordered a drink made with bourbon, honey, and sugar. It came a faint yellow, and the bourbon taste was absent. Again, sour lemon dominated with a distinct honey flavor and no hint of bourbon. It might as well have been vodka. A group of very dressed up parent-of-adult -aged-children breezed in, were warmly greeted as returning clientele. Two of the women ordered French 75s, not a menu drink. I couldn’t tell what the rest ordered. Then drinks in hand, they breezed out. We remained the only bar patrons. We were told the music would begin within the next half hour. We left to get something to eat and some satisfying local beer. The check arrived with full price cocktails. There is no happy hour at Q. Make your own happiness.

We decided to throw my dad's 70th birthday here because the place is always a ghost town. We brought a cake and the bought chips and salsa from Gardunos. Gardunos said it was okay to have a cake but Q bar said no... even though other food was allowed from Gardunos. So that's all fine but every time someone (one pregnant woman) ate snacks of their own discretely, the bartender would lose his mind and call someone over to lecture us and say we could get food poising and sue them. What lol. The attitude the entire night was the rudest I've really ever experienced. Eye rolling, curt, just INSANELY rude. I never leave bad reviews, but being rude when you're the only customers..., I mean. We will never be back. Again- it wasn't the rules that were the problem. It was the attitude. No wonder people stay away.

The majority of my experiences at this establishment have been good. I decided to leave a review because the last few times I have been there the servers have tried to rip me off. I last visited Friday the 3rd of August. The evening was going great until I received my tab. My wife had ordered 4 vodka tonics with a spash of cranberry and I had one non-alcoholic beer. Our waitress (the check said her name was Tiffany but her name-tag said something different) brought out a credit card receipt for $56. I found her and told her it wasn't right and she proclaimed that it was because there was an extra non-alcoholic beer on there that I didn't get because they had ran out. My tab went from $56 to $41. I told her none of it made sense and that I needed to see a breakdown. She brought it to me and it turns out the well vodka my wife asked for was $9 a drink Grey Goose. We spoke to a manager who didn't seem to mind too much that his staff was trying to rip people off. His offer to buy my wife another drink for the trouble was insulting. If it weren't for the management and some dishonest staff I would highly recommend this place. I have worked in the service industry before and this type of behavior usually isn't limited to one person or one instance. It is usually a taught practice and unfortunately they tried it on the wrong person. If you do decide to frequent this establishment make sure you monitor your tab and make sure you do not fall victim to their shady practices.

Went there for a friend's Bday party and had the billards room reserved. Service was absolutely terrible. We had to hunt down our server many times after waiting for an hour or so for her to check on us. The pool table is way to big for the room it's in. The accustics is terrible in that room. The place smelled like dirty feet and sweaty ass. The music was just as bad as the rest of the club. Anytime a good song would come on the DJ would spin in another 30 seconds into it. At the end of the night I asked for my tab and only got a receipt with a total on it. I had to ask for an itemized receipt. No surprise why they did that. I was charged for premium vodka when I never asked for it and even though I felt our server deserved a poor tip I still gave her 15%. On further inspection of the receipt I realized that I was charged a gratuity of 18% for a two person tab. So she got a great tip for terrible service. All said and done I will never return to this place.
