Chicken Coop Sports Bar & Grill

Great place to get some good bar food! The wings were fantastic. Bleu burger was delicious. The sauces: bleu cheese, ranch, mango habanero, and jalapeño garlic were all homemade and delicious. It's definitely a great place to wind down, have a beer and some good food. Monica was our server she was very attentive and friendly. Although she had quite a bit of tables to tend to, she was right there before our drinks ran out and gave the check and paid out in a timely fashion. Do reccomend!

2-9-2022 a very busy Wednesday at the Coop. I stopped at the Palm Garden Lounge for a drink. I asked the barkeep where I could go and have a good cheeseburger, she said, without hesitation, The Chicken Coop. I said I don’t want chicken. She said in a much more authoritative voice the coop. So I ended up here. Holy cow was that girl right! I was lucky to get the last stool at the bar. Next to a fella making love to his tonic and gin After a bit I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries. Maybe one of the best cheeseburgers I have ever had. And the Wednesday special was only 8 bucks. What a wonderful experience for me. Next time I’m in town, I WILL be stopping by.

1st time there. Wednesday Hamburger special was great value, we tried the Cajun & cheese burgers. Great taste. Will definitely be back.

Now you all know that when I leave a review it's cuz I've got to get the word out. This is no exception, it's date night and I took the mamacita out for a much needed dinner. And I gotta say it was great. The cooks tonight were totally on their game. I ordered the black Angus with the special jack bourbon sauce, Mammas had the stake quesadilla. I enjoyed my steak SO much, I left my cook a $20 tip and thanked him for the meal. Mamma's quesadilla was great as well. I had a peice and let me tell you I was blown away.! Great cuts of steak, good cheese, and crispy. Not like a greasy, or soggy one, Perfect.! Wait staff was welcoming and friendly. Needless to say we will be back, and you should go too. You see us there, hungry for more.!!

Driving through and “Googled” restaurants nearby. The food was AMAZING! Our service was great and fast (We were a party of 8)! If we lived closer we would for sure go again!

The Chicken Coop has really achieved good food! Quite impressed how far it's come... The service is amazing, we had a great experience with our server... Their rubs had a great selection... We had a great meal today... Kudos!!!!!

We love this hometown favorite. Can't stop in Kearney without stopping by. The food never disappoints. This time we had wings, a French dip, and a cheeseburger. All of it was delicious!

My wife and I love coming here Friday's for beer and wings and Esai always makes it a welcoming and positive experience. The cooks always prepare everything fresh and quickly - there's no better place in town to go for awesome service, great food and a good drink.
