Unbelievable experience, Chuck was an absolute pleasure to be around and had amazing conversation. The service was unbelievable. Must get the apple pie mead drink. The mead served here was amazing. Please come here and give them a try. You will not regret coming here.

So in August of 2023 I decided to go on a cross country trip just because. I went to Iowa solely because I've never been to Iowa lol. I wanted mead so I looked up meaderies and found this place. It was so random I had to go. Turns out, the owner is the brother-in-law of another owner of a meadery called Golden Coast in Carlsbad, CA, which I've been to many times. Don't tell me there's no such thing as a small world!

Wow what a breath of fresh air to have a new establishment like this in Hudson Iowa! I went there over the weekend of Hudson days and was more than impressed. Their staff was friendly introduced me to Mead and truly had a great time I would highly recommend!

The HIVE is where you need stop in at. Either for a cut or a cold one. The staff here is very knowledgeable and personable!!!! I would recommend this place!!!!
