Always love coming here - they have a great selection of ciders & sours on tap. We can bring in our own food especially during Tuesday Night Market.

I was stuck in town waiting for a mechanic to fix my car and luckily ended up at Noble Hop. Excellent selection of craft beer and everything you need in a bottle shop and beer bar. It's simple, curated, and friendly. Outside food is welcome, but they have some of the basics if you're needing a snack. Cheers!

Noble Hop is delightful! Great beer selection on draft and even better in cans. There's also small plates available (pretzels and snacks) in addition to wine. The ambiance is great inside and I love their outdoor patio. Will continue to stop at Noble Hop with friends for a long time!

You won't find a better place to stop for a cold beer with a wide selection than this place right here! The ownership of this place defines what it means to be from Hillsboro! Fun, Family, conversation, beverages, and community! I enjoyed my first stop and will be back on a regular basis for sure. In real estate we need places to take our clients of the highest caliber where we can showcase the best in our town! The ownership here are doing that! Love the selection and the outside patio! Great beers, but no food. You can bring your own. They have a really nice patio where we can safely park our eBikes. We go here often and bring food from nearby food carts.

Great place to have beer with friends, family, or colleagues. They have a great vibe. Plus they have outdoor patio seating area to take beer out. We would go back with friends next time! Great collection of beer. We took some cans home as well. Not a lot of food options except for some light snacks.

Great little spot, nice variety (more than one cider, more than one sour), food carts across the street, feels like as much outdoor seating as indoor. Very friendly staff.
