Gunchie's Davenport

Decent atmosphere and pretty good food. They have sand volleyball and corn hole. I’ve had the pizza and burgers before as well as some of the appetizers and they were all good. Pretty big outdoor space which is nice for larger gatherings.

I gave them 4/5 for my naked wings of which 1/6 of them was dry. The rest were moist and they were crispy if bland. My husband liked his breaded wings much better. I got the $1.50 beef hardshell taco, but it's a pass. Not any better than I could make at home. My husband loved his brisket over Mac and cheese. I don't eat that stuff so it would be nice if celery and carrots were served with the wings or more gluten free options were available. Would come again to try more wings!

I didn’t care for the Gunch balls but I read the menu wrong and thought they had cheese inside but just dough. Wings were meaty and good. Atmosphere probably great if I was much younger, mostly loud vulgar shot drinkers. Bartender great.

The food here was bottom tier. Their queso sauce on the pizza was bad. I ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza with queso sauce and I don’t think I’ve had a worse pizza. Also ordered Buffalo wing and they blessed me with the sauce on the side. Thank you for nothing gunchies!

I ordered a Buffalo Chicken wrap and then drove down there to pick it up. When I got back to work I was let down to see that I didn't get a Buffalo chicken wrap. I got a regular chicken wrap. No buffalo chicken, no bacon. Just disappointment. It was still delicious but it's just disappointing. I wouldn't have wasted my lunch hour driving all the way down there if I knew I wasn't going to get what I ordered. And I always judge a place by their buffalo chicken wrap. I guess I won't know how good it could have been.

Came in on a whim because we heard it was soooo good. Beer was cold! Bartender was sweet and extremely busy. My husband's Bacon Swiss Chicken sandwich was really good - he said as he's shoving it in his mouth I wouldn't recommend the Philly cheese steak though. It came all "ground up" together which looking at it reminded me as if someone already chewed it up and then put it on a hoagie bun. NOT a fan. Didn't eat it after the first bite. Kind of pricey for that to happen. Not sure we'll be back.

I come in this place at least once a week they have really good specials. Between the starr and patrons pretty everything is pretty chill. Nice clean kitchen and food never go wrong with a westend is the best end

Most wonderful place in the world. Cool mix of music always playing. Volleyball with a very large and relaxing outside area. Absolutely delicious food. Coolest bartender ever, Addison!!
