I’ve been going to Big Whiskey for over 10 years, and my favorite line dance instructor is Monica. She’s always my first choice because of her warm, engaging stage presence. Monica is easy to follow, even during the most challenging dances, she makes it simple to understand. After class, I often find myself hearing her count the steps in my head! She’s also always available on the dance floor for questions or to give a quick recap if needed. In all the years I’ve been going, I’ve never had a bad interaction with security or bouncers—but then again, I’m not one to get belligerent or cause trouble. That said, adding air conditioning would be a huge plus since I tend to overheat and sometimes leave early because of it. If you’re looking to save on cover and want extra drinking money, I highly recommend signing up for their text alerts. You can get in free before 8:30 and enjoy a free line dance lesson. Every business operates differently, and there are pros and cons to any environment. While nothing is ever perfect, overall, I’ve had a positive experience over the years.

Really cool place with some fun line dancing. If you're going to try to get into the line dancing scene, expect to be getting in with professionals. They do offer classes, but a lot of the other songs they do are super fast paced. Doesn't mean you can't join, just be prepared. Decent prices on drinks and a lot of friendly people.

Bartenders are fast and always happy. This bar is the perfect mix of country, rock and hiphop. Younger crowd but the older crowds that come in are always welcomed. Staff does a really good job at keeping the drama to a minimum! 10/10 recommend

Extremely rude staff with 3 exceptions. The worst attitude is from the girl at the door, holding a tablet looking to get your personal information. That lady needs to fix her attitude or look for a job where she doesn't have to interact with people. A saw several patrons asking why they require your personal information upon entering and she would reply with a horrible attitude: "I am just doing my job!, you need to sign to enter and just in case you want to ride the bull" The real reason why they ask for your information is so that they can flood your text messages and emails with promotional spam. You are also signing a waiver so that they can use your image for promotional pictures and video. If you value your privacy, do not enter the establishment, you will be pictured and recorded while being inside. Your image will be used for promotional content without further consent. BTW, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION! It's not required by law. High price cover, cash only. Possibly to avoid paying taxes. You can get cash at the ATM inside of you don't mind paying a very expensive transaction fee. Drinks are extremely expensive. With that being said... The one star goes to the 3 nice employees at the bar: Red aka Rojo at the door. He is one of the bouncers. He has a great attitude. Red is friendly and accommodating. Serena at the bar. She has a friendly attitude with a positive demeanor. Marissa, she records all of your interactions inside. Experience at your own risk. Buyer beware.

It’s a great place to listen to country music and go line dancing on a weekend. The security team is great and easy to talk to. Amos is a standout for his professionalism and kindness.

The security and bouncers are EXTREMELY disrespectful. This place used to be so down home and welcoming and it has completely changed. No wonder why friday nights there aren’t as busy, no one willingly wants to get treated poorly. need new staff (bouncers, security).

Sierra is beyond amazing. Every time I had a Question or concern she was so ready to help and assist. I really appreciate her and she deserves all the appreciation and def deserves a raise!! Atmosphere is amazing

Had a great time for my friends 21st. Will def be back. DJ was good, played all of our requests and our bartender I think her name was Alysha was awesome.
