I’m a weirdo and like working out at the bathhouses when I go. The Atlanta Flex did not disappoint, the gym was spacious and well stocked, better than most hotels and free weights up to 75lbs. The sauna was also very big and the play area is to be envied. Definitely recommend a visit

The best place for someone to be in the correct position waiting and ready. It was easy to get the most amazing workout sessions I received one massage after another I lost count. The leg machine made it so I couldn't walk straight up for a day or two. I took a pounding from it. Definitely worth the trip from Lakeland Florida to come here and get what everyone wants. You will love it. Be open-minded about this men only establishment and you be good.

The new PigPen is a great addition but management needs to review the lighting and more furniture to be able to play on! It is way too bright and not enough furniture to be able to have fun. I would suggest visiting other bathhouses to get ideas! The place has a lot of potential but it does need to reevaluate some things, listen to the reviews!

Very meh place. Thankfully I had a room because there was no sense of privacy anywhere in the building. Crowd was very boring (had a couple guys in my room but not what I’d expect from this establishment). Staff wasn’t outstanding but wasn’t nearly as bad as these reviews make them out to be. As soon as it got semi-busy they turned up all the lights and started cleaning total buzzkill. But the facility was very clean to my surprise. (Could be because it wasn’t all that busy) A lot of the staff seemed to stay right in front of the vending machines/hot tub exit door and talking very loud which made it awkward to go out to the hot tub.

I always visit Flex when I'm in Atlanta for MLK weekend and Labor Day weekend. I've always had a good time. There's a large sauna and a large steam room, plus a play room. I like the fact they've invested money to improve the place over the years. The staff has been always courteous to me, and they keep the place clean. And I love the fact it's predominantly Black men who patronize the facility. I'll definitely visit on my next visit to Atlanta.

2nd Shift was very accommodating and welcoming especially Spoken. There was no supervisor on shift but the staff handled themselves well . Very clean and professional. Thanks again!

Flex needs to do better at the timing of their “shift change”. Ppl who able to count, type, and multi-task need to be at the door. I know that good help is hard to fine these days but there needs to be some stronger ppl working the window. This is the longest process for entry and typing and counting should your strong points when working the window, or somehow get two windows.

I go to bath houses a lot and this was a very forgettable experience. Pros: lots of space to walk around. Lots of amenities, relatively cheaper rooms compared to other places. Cons: rude staff up front. The younger fat black guy that worked 5/12/24 on Friday night around midnight acted like he didn't want to be there and took his minimum wage job too serious, as referenced by other reviews. He was rude and condescending towards guest. The others acted like they were doing to a favor by speaking to you. Staff shouldn't close down portions of the facility to clean during rush hour, (Fri/Sat night), this should be done during off peak hours. Weird. The saunas and another room were both closed for random scrubbing. People pay to have access to these areas, not smell bleach while they mop. Our standard $35 room was too small for anything fun. Prolly the smallest we ever had. The only TV network that was available in our room, was the cable network and no adult movies. Watching Judge Judy and Pawn Stars was our entertainment while we cuddled. We had to ask for towels, they weren't provided. We won't be back.
