I joined Beem a few weeks ago and I love it! The ladies who work here are all awesome! I come here a few times a week right after my Pilates workout and it has been great for muscle recovery. I feel like I am sleeping better and my skin feels amazing! If you’re thinking about it you should give it a try! The benefits are worth I!

I have been going to beem once a week for the last 6 weeks or so and I love it! My skin, especially my face, feels so fresh and rejuvenated after each session. I like to go in the evenings and I find I sleep so much better after a sweat session. I have also found this helps with recovery after a long weekend of backpacking! The staff is always so positive and friendly, and the facility is always clean.

Beem is great. Saunas are clean and relaxing. I sleep better and skin feels wonderful after each session. Lobby conversations can become loud while in the sauna because the building echos. Overall experience is GREAT!

Averie greeted us with a smile from the moment we walked in! She was SO knowledgable of the whole experience and made sure we felt comfortable before going into our sauna. She led us into the sauna and told us everything about it, asked if we had any questions AND asked how it was at the end! She was calm, sweet, and helpful! She made our experience at Beem perfect! We will definitely be back soon!
