Perspire Sauna Studio

I absolutely loved Perspire. The saunas were amazing. They always got to a temperature that felt really good and the cool towel at the end was the perfect finisher. Being able to watch YouTube or Netflix made the time go by faster and made it much more enjoyable as well. The staff couldn't have been anymore accommodating and friendly. I would always show up way early for my sessions and they'd always be able to accommodate it. Top Notch. Highly recommend!!!

Perspire's sauna experience includes towels, multiple infrared light options (red, blue, orange, green, purple, and yellow), beverage options, & a TV with speakers in the sauna. The member perks include a more spacious room with a shower after your sauna session. The sauna experience is approximately 40 minutes. I love how it is PRIVATE, and I can watch or listen to whatever I like during my session. I watched anime the whole time during my sauna session! The infrared lights can be changed to your preference. I tried all the colors for different rewarding effects on my body. I felt so relaxed and enjoyed my session in complete bliss! The sauna fit just right for me (5'3). They might be a bit small for you if you are a taller (6'4 and above) person. I believe the membership saunas are bigger although I can't verify this. Location: Nice area. Near other businesses for dining options or groceries Parking: Plenty of free parking in their lot.

This was my first time trying an infrared sauna and I absolutely loved it. It was such a relaxing experience. I will definitely be back for more sessions. This location was so nice, calming, clean, and the staff made it a great experience. I highly recommend checking out Perspire Sauna Studio in Lake Mary. I have already recommended it to some of my reiki clients, friends, and old coworkers. They are looking forward to trying a session and joining as members.

Very easy to use and very relaxing. Love you can watch or listen to what you want on the television. It makes the time go by faster and takes away the focus from the heat. Also love the color lights that you can use and learning about the health benefits so you can choose the one best suited for you.

Very nice and clean facility and friendly staff. Self operated sauna LCD panel is very convenient. Members can book a room with a shower room. Love being able to watching TV while staying in the sauna room. The sound isolation seems very good. Very reasonable price as well!

Kelly was great with providing me the the information I needed over the phone and set up my first appointment. When I arrived she also showed me around, answered all of my questions and now I'm a member! Outstanding job to Kelly!

For a first time visit I was blown away. I was recommended to come here by my functional medical doctor for mycotoxin detoxing. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and calming. I loved how each room and experience is so customizable.
