Frostfire Sauna and Cold Plunge

Big fan! The owners are first class. A friend & I booked the hour session & did three rounds of the sauna & cold plunge. We easily could have gone longer than just the hour session. The facilities were clean, easy to use, and friendly. The staff are available for your questions & to guide you through the process if you are new to a cold plunge (like me)! I’ll be back, it was a restful break from the day-to-day. This space provided a beautiful rest & recharge.

Frostfire provides a beautiful, clean and rejuvenating experience. The owners, Sam and Rob, are so kindhearted and welcoming. You feel right at home and immediately at ease as soon as you walk in the door! They also sell unique product lines that add to the positive experience.

A truly relaxing experience. The spa is classy, clean, warm and inviting. My wife and I felt relaxed the moment we stepped inside. Sam is a friendly, gracious host, and she can also expertly coach you through the cold plunge experience (highly recommended). Honestly, the hot and cold rotation left us feeling as good as (if not better than) the best massage we've ever had.

I love Frostfire sauna and cold plunge for all my health and wellness needs. It’s a one stop shop for cold and heat therapy and you leave feeling far better than when you came. It’s incredibly clean, the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly, and the environment is top notch. I will definitely be continuing to come here for all my sauna and cold plunge needs!

Frost fire is an awesome experience. Very clean. Well managed. Hot & Cold therapy is very beneficial to the human body. I would highly recommend it. The space is very comfortable and inviting. Don’t hesitate to try it out.

This was such an amazing experience! Definitely recommend for a self-care day. As soon as I walked in, Sam (owner) was so welcoming and throughly explained the process, benefits, and best practices for using the sauna/cold plunge. I was definitely a bit nervous about the plunge, but Sam coached us through it and offered some wonderful tips. We ended up doing 2 rounds of the sauna/cold plunge. I felt very empowered from this mind over matter experience and felt GREAT afterwards. 10/10, will be back again. 🙂

My favorite place to be on a Tuesday! The Normatec boots have saved my legs after a busy work day! Sooo thankful for this service and the owner, Sam, is the BEST! So sweet!
