I’ve been a long time customer of IV Elements where I’ve received multiple IV infusions to strengthen my immune system. I was so happy to hear they have added an infrared sauna and red light therapy to their location. It adds to another layer of my healing and self-care routine. The environment is so relaxing and beautifully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. The whole experience is like a luxurious treat to myself! The staff is always so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail, from how therapies work to the potential benefits for my body. Easily my favorite sauna spot for relaxing. Beautiful clean and always feel so refreshed. Sometimes I get an IV after it too for the full self care day ‍♀️

My absolute favorite space to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate. I’m so busy with 3 kids and the IVs at IV Elements have been keeping my immune system strong and giving me energy. The addition of the sauna just adds another level to my self care days! I usually relax in the sauna then get my IV and I’m ready to tackle the day. Highly recommend!!

I have been using red light therapy + halotherapy and infrared sauna at Psyth Sauna for over a month now. It has really helped me with my eczema, respiratory allergies, immune health, stress, inflammation and sleep!! I always feel super rejuvenated after each session and look forward to my next session. Their facilities are always clean with friendly/helpful staff. They do provide clean towels, headbands and slippers for use there. Even a towel warmer and TV for entertainment! Scheduling an appointment was so easy and only takes one minute online. Thank you Psyth Sauna!

The space is AMAZING. I went for a last minute red light therapy and full spectrum sauna appointment due to my inflammation, I felt better immediately. They have great machines - highly recommend.

The room is cozy. Towels, wraps, water and snacks are provided. The red light machine is the best machine there is. The sauna is a full spectrum sauna with halotherapy. Quality products giving quality services 🙂

If you are looking to relax, this is the place to do it. I love to come and relax in the sauna when I have some free time. It is very clean and comfortable environment that takes you away from the world for a few minutes. I highly recommend
