Love this place so much! Its my little safe space to relax and unwind after a long day of work. It’s helped so much with my neck pain, stress, and body aches. The staff is always super chill and welcoming, and very helpful if you have any questions. I would love some later hours in the future if the studio took any 7pm appointments Pro tip for anyone wanting to try - take a yoga class or workout before coming here and you will sweat 2x as much and also help your muscles recover. Or just catch a session on a day you’re feeling kinda down or tired. You won’t regret it

Business has communal on their site they do not offer communal sessions. They tried to make up the wording on their site when it clearly reads “try a communal session for a cheaper option, they kept saying oh it’s a group session, which it is not written on their website as such. Rude people on phone are disrespectful, from what i can tell uneducated about what they are offering, and do not know what is written on their own website

I visited Sw3at Sauna's Hoboken location for the first time this past weekend. The studio is so neat and clean and incredibly inviting. The staff was also super nice. I had such a great experience, I can't wait to go back and sweat again.

Horrible first experience. Bad customer service. I booked a sauna session for 2 people and there was barely space to move.

A bit more accessible than the JC location + working bluetooth. Bathroom being outside the sauna + requiring a key is a bit of an inconvenience, though. Still a good experience!

I’ve been here a few times and cannot say enough good things! Super easy booking with class pass. I love the eucalyptus option!

The infrared saunas are great and the front desk staff is very accommodating and nice.
