Liz was hella rude to one of my favorite security officer. Who is really sweet and cares for the customer. My boyfriend got hit by a guy and was escorted off property, and the security officer was able to calm him down. Than Liz just yells at her in front of me. I found that very rude. She is trying to do her job. I would not go here if you want to have good management.

I big heartfelt thank you, to Heat night club and Staff. Early this am, November 10th, 2024, I approached the manager and explained to him that today 11/10 was the U.S. Marine Corps 249th Birthday and that it would mean a lot to this Gay Marine Veteran if they could do a quick shout out to the Usmc on it's Birthday - sure enough, within minutes , we not only received a call out but so did all Veterans!

My group and I had an awful bar experience. The first female bartender completely ignored us and rather serve her friends. 5 friends later she finally came to the line forming. The second scolded us about only ordering from the bartender we opened a tab. They must not like making money because we are huge tippers depending on service. It may be time for them to look for a new job.

Guys can use the girls restroom/ just be in the girls restroom just to chill and ask the girls if they want drugs but girls can’t use their restroom. The girls restroom line was long mind you both genders were in girls restroom that’s why it was so long. Which i don’t care I didn’t say nothing the first time I went to the restroom. But girls restroom ended being to long the second time I had use restroom bad so went to the other restroom and got kicked out for using it. MIND YOU THERE WAS “security” or whatever letting people in and out of guys restroom and they said nothing to me going in until “management” came and escorted me out the restroom when I was done Make it make sense

The bouncers have no sense of what they are doing. You can be sitting there with your friends and get dragged out because "you look irritated" . I was a patron since 2020 but never again. Unless you are physically starting trouble or there is a disturbance you should be able to enjoy your time. I do not recommend this place. Favoritism at its best. Go after 2 when they stop serving is your best bet.

Pappy has been by far the best bartender I have ever met. It's always such a joy seeing him, and what creativity he has to offer.

Love this place, but my complaint is the front door ppl are dishonest. I paid $15 for 3 of us to get in and tipped $1, cuz I'm about to a ton inside, and front door didn't really DO anything for me. As soon as we get inside, I get a notification that I was charged $18. Then 2 more notifications that I was charged $5 for "join in amusements" so they stole $12. Imagine if they did this to everyone that walks in....$$
