Keystone Body Therapies - Flagstaff

I discovered Keystone through their Scottsdale location but book my appointments at the Flagstaff location as often as I can. Clayton is one of the most intuitive and knowledgeable providers I have seen for massage and bodywork. He has helped me overcome multiple injuries, often diagnosing the cause of my issues when I and others were having difficulty identifying it.

Had a really good massage with Clay recently. Being a teacher and always on my feet with kids, it was much-needed. He really knows his stuff about the different muscle groups and what contributes to what. He made sure to get my input and what my concerns were and was able to adjust on the fly to address them as well. Very personalized and effective. Left feeling a lot better and way more relaxed. If you're a teacher or just someone on the go, Clay's your guy. Definitely recommend!

Everyone here at Keystone are incredibly professional and kind. I came in with having over strained my shoulder when I was moving and Clayton fixed me right up. My range of motion was so much better and I stopped getting that static feeling when moving my shoulder. If you need a massage that fixes you, Keystone is the place to go.

We got a last minute Groupon after skiing and really appreciated the much-needed attention to our sore muscles. Both Clay and Naomi were incredible.
