I’ve been going to Littleton Massage and Sports Recovery for years and the treatments I’ve gotten have been amazing. I’ve seen Ammons most often, who is almost a miracle worker with the knowledge and modalities he uses to tackle some challenging issues. I am very active and feel the consistency in knowing I can go in and feel like a new person when I leave has been life-changing! The staff is all great and pricing bundles are worth it!!

I've always had such a pleasant experience here. The office management up front is always polite and easy to talk to. I usually see Ammon for my massages and always leave feeling refreshed! I've also had the pleasure of working with Chris and Rob. That being said, I think everyone would be a great choice here.

I just discovered Littleton Massage and Sports Recovery and I am so glad I did!! They have a very convenient location, the pricing is great, and the front staff are super friendly. I have been seeing Justin and he does an exceptional job and is able to release muscle areas that other therapists have struggled with. 10/10 recommend!!

They have great friendly staff and easily one of the better places for massage. I have been going to them for the past few months and they have been great. Very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and detail oriented! My first ever massage experience, I came to this organization with severe lower back pain and limited mobility. I spoke with Carolyn who was able to provide guidance and send me in the right direction to assist with my problem. I booked a 2 hour massage with Angie, without sales pressure I will add. Thorough, and accommodating to my needs throughout the massage, paying extra attention to the problem area. Even though my original issue remained to some degree, I gained a significant amount of mobility as well as a release of pain. I could feel an extreme difference the following day. Concluding that the work done was productive to say the least. Reasonable cost considering the time spent, and again highlighting the knowledge base and ability to answer all of my questions. Thank you again Carolyn and Angie! Will definitely be returning.

I've been coming here for years and have had the best massages I've ever had here. I see Chris and Ammon, however there are many talented choices to choose from. I'm about to try their sports recovery side. I'm on the monthly membership, which provides the best pricing. I highly recommend the membership. I use the infrared sauna every time I get massage and wish I could use it more. My massages have really helped me with my sciatica, hip/groin pain and all aches of trying to stay in shape. Love the staff and the place. Highly recommend to anyone who prioritizes their self.

I love this place and am so glad I found it! I have been having pain in my hip for about six weeks, and my massage with Angie yesterday really made a difference! The massage was outstanding, both relaxing and intensely "repairing". The facility is perfect - clean and nice, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to Littleton Massage & Sports Recovery.
