My friend and I were visiting NYC for a Broadway show and celebrating his birthday, and we wanted to find an excellent Black-owned massage spa. My sister recommended Touch of Soi LLC, and she was absolutely right. The experience was fantastic! What really stood out was how personalized everything was. Before our massages, they had us fill out a form to capture all our preferences, from the areas of the body to focus on, to how much pressure we preferred. We were even able to customize the lighting, choose our background sound (spa sounds, specific music, or even our own playlist!), and set the length of the session. Both massage therapists were AMAZING—so friendly, accommodating, and incredibly skilled. The space was professional, welcoming, and spotless. Even parking was super easy, which is rare in the area! If you're looking for a massage experience that's tailored to you, and healing I highly recommend Touch of Soi. We left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. They’ll be a part of each of our visits to the area from now on. We'll definitely be back!

All I can say is AWESOME! My experience from start to finish was wonderful. The services received were too notch and Kay was outstanding. I so enjoyed the Neo Soul/ R n B playlist and the Sauna Blanket is a MUST HAVE. When able, I will be booking again. Thank you Kay for a great, first experience! I WILL BE BACK!

Kay was so amazing. A beautiful and comfortable space. The entire process from beginning to end was incredibly relaxing and left me feeling pampered. I absolutely recommend getting the steam add on, it’s so worth it. This truly is a treatment, Kay asks if there are any areas that are particularly bother you or you want to focus on and then addresses it perfect. I received a one hour, full body massage and was very pleased with the service provided by Kay. Prior to the massage, she asked if I had any areas of concern. I felt rejuvenated and pain free after the service. Excellent customer focused service. So impressed, I signed up for monthly massages!

This is the best massage that I have ever received. First of all, Kay is very sweet. Her personality helps put me at ease. I've never received a massage like this. She has a very unique technique. I woke up the next morning , feeling pain free and rejuvenated. I look forward to booking many many more sessions with her in the future and bringing my loved ones to her to treat them.

Kay is a true professional. She is easy to talk to and easy to let your walls down with which is important when it comes to getting massage therapy. You can tell she crafted her treatment rooms with intention and when you are in the room its all about you. Honestly, I fell asleep, my body finally stopped its fight or flight mode to relax and release. That was major for me. I'm looking forward to incorporating her into my arsenal of self care more often.
