Elements Massage

I recently had an incredible massage at Elements Massage with Jennifer. Her technique was spot-on, with perfect pressure and attention to the areas that needed it most. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Jennifer’s the bestttt!

I would give 5 stars because Anthony was excellent and I will be back because of him. However, I settled pricing over the phone, told them I had a Spa Finder gift card and the price was supposed to be $105 and change. After all was said and done I went to pay I gave them my $50 gift card and they would not give me the $20 discount that a first time client receives because of my gift card. I voiced my concern and told them that we discussed this over the phone and still it fell on deaf ears. That was the one thing that I did not like about Elements!

Great customer service skills. The girls at the front desk are amazing and very attentive. No issues scheduling my monthly appointments and they always send a friendly reminder which is great! Relaxing atmosphere and my hour massage is always on point! I always leave feeling 100% better.

Great customer service with the front desk and every therapist I've seen. Jamie is THE BEST. I always leave my massages relaxed or tenderized (depending what I ask for). My shoulder knots have never been less tense.

Everyone should experience this level of self care! Never thought that massage therapy would make such a big difference. Wow! I was wrong! Jamie was fantastic ensuring that all of my problem spots were addressed. Her kind, attentive, skilled delivery meant that I left feeling like I had a new body! No, really! Just the right amount of pressure and removing knots & tightness left me with more flexibility & pain free. Jamie thank you and the Elements environment is professional, clean, peaceful and welcoming. This will be a regular routine. I deserve it.

My first experience at this spa was amazing. It started off with meeting Kathy as the front desk who went above and beyond excellent service!! My massage therapist Caitlyn was wonderful, just love her vibe and how she intuitively knew where to concentrate on areas that needed more attention. The only sad thing about the whole experience was that ended too quickly. It’s left me wanting more. Spa was very warm, cozy and inviting. All the ladies were very helpful and really cared about making sure all our needs were met. I was celebrating a big birthday and it was really wonderful to get away with my girlfriends .. I felt so special!!!

I'm so happy I decided to give this a spa a try! This place is truly a gem and the staff is warm and friendly. Perfect spa vibe/ambiance and super clean too! I was experiencing shoulder and neck pain from sitting at my desk for long hours and Anthony my massage therapist worked his magic! He targeted the problem areas and by the end of the session I felt like new! Will definitely be back!
