My massage from Lizzy was wonderful! She was professional, communicative, and gave just the right amount of pressure to soothe my tight muscles. I even got to chat with the owner during checkout and learned that tip is included in the fee -- which made it really easy for me to not have to guess what the 'right amount' would be. Very pleased with my experience and will be back at a repeat customer.

I had an amazing massage at Black Mountain Massage & Wellness. Lizzie was my massage therapist, and she was thoughtful, communicative, and highly skilled. She listened to exactly what my goals and concerns were and asked for feedback throughout the session to make sure everything was going well. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed and will definitely be back!

I'm just wondering if I could get a 5 hour massage. I swear that Mary got kinks out of the system that I didn't know existed. What a great experience, and the results are lasting. I also got to meet the owner and was impressed with her easy going personality that matched her focus for her business. I LOVE that they include the tip in the price to keep me from worrying that I did it wrong. There's not enough money in my account to pay a tip that Mary deserved. FANTASTIC. I highly recommend this spot. I will be back...soon.

Mary was amazing. She was very technical. Her attention to detail with motion, connections and kinesthetics was awesome. It was super relaxing to be able to move freely again . Didn’t realize how tight I was. Great experience.

Aina did an amazing job. Literally the best massage I’ve ever had for occipital pain. I needed an emergency appointment due to an occipital migraine while on vacation. And did not want to have to go to the emergency room. He took his time brought me so much relief. I could not believe how much better I felt upon leaving. My wife and I visited for our first massage and found the entire experience to be thoroughly professional, with a lot of respect and amazing outcomes targeting areas I requested. The entire staff are considerate, answer any questions, and listen as they go. I’m a bigger dude and found the entire experience to be really relaxing. I was very impressed with Black Mountain Massage and Wellness. I was able to quickly make a same day appointment and the facility was easy to locate, clean, and aesthetic. Lizzy was incredible and really helped relieve some neck and shoulder pain I had been suffering from. She listened to my concerns and responded to my feedback. Lizzy would check on me to make sure I was comfortable, but not so much that I couldn't relax. I will definitely be going back in the future!
