Was dealing with a oblique, lat muscle strain for 3 months that was treated by several places before my visit here. In one session Sunny knocked out 80 percent of my issue. Looking forward to getting back to a 100 percent and glad I found this place. 100 percent recommend. Thank you.

If you are looking for a massage to relax and have oil rubbed on you, this is not the place for you. BUT if you are looking for a massage that really works out your knots and makes you feel like a whole different person, then this IS the place for you! I have been going to Surf and Sport Massage for years and I can attest that no therapist compares to Teri. I work as a nurse and also live an active lifestyle, so I am someone who needs to be worked on. Teri's massages always hit the mark, and her knowledge of human anatomy and musculature are incredibly apparent with her work. She always knows exactly what I need and how much pressure (which is a LOT) I require to really dig in and get my knots out. Most of my tension is in my upper back and neck, but Teri never fails to ask me what I need to work on each session. The combination of her strength + hot stones (which is always a MUST for me) make my 90 minutes so enjoyable. In addition to her superior skills, Teri is just such a pleasant person to talk to! I always have a great time swapping stories with her and each session we just pick up right where we left off. I always always always feel a million times better after getting my massage from Teri. Her limited availability due to her insane popularity is a testament to how wonderful she is!! I've made mistakes of trying to go somewhere else for a quick fix and it just is not the same! Thank you Teri for always making me feel great and working so hard to get my knots out. She is the best!

I had the best experience and massage at Surf & Sport Massage. I booked with Terri and told her about my injuries. She was so knowledgeable and really worked on my trouble areas. I suffer from migraine so I get a very stiff neck, shoulders and upper back. Terri was so diligent and really worked out all of the tension. It was my first time getting cupping, she was great at walking me through it. She was so professional and made me feel super comfortable. I feel so relaxed and the pain is gone in all of my trouble areas. I am thankful I found her. I will be a regular now! Thank you Terri!!!

Stephanie is the BEST!! I’ve been seeing her over one year now. She has great techniques and knows how to work with my body. I came with shoulder/neck tightness from working in front of a computer and muscle soreness from workout. I feel so much better and relieved after each session. Highly recommend if you are thinking about coming!

First time at Surf & Sport Massage and had a mind-blowing massage with Sunny. I’ve had many many massages in my lifetime, and Sunny is by far the most talented, focused, and attentive. I have always had fantastic results at Surf and Sport Massage. I am very active and a massage once a month keeps me able to keep going at the pace I want. At this facility, it is easy to schedule an appointment, the parking is ample and the staff is always pleasant. Teri in particular, has extensive knowledge of the body and is always able to pinpoint what is causing me pain and relieve that pain. I would give more stars if I could but five is all I am allowed.

I am visiting from Nevada and made an appt. with Jamie. On arrival she went over my intake form with me and proceeded to start our appt. The table was super comfortable and Jaime made me feel right at home. I have a severe stenosis condition in my lower back and neck with a surgery pending. Jaime found a bundle of nerves in my lower back and with her technique, released that bundle of nerves and I felt amazing. No more numbness or tingling. The balance of the massage was the best and it’s not often I’m left completely satisfied but this young lady was the best. Her commitment to the profession is commendable.
