Erik is an Incredible massage therapist. He was very in tune with my body during our session and was able to help me achieve both physical and mental relaxation. He took the time and energy to help me stretch during the massage, something that I really enjoyed. I don’t often take the time to stretch myself & this component is well integrated into the experience as a whole. He also checked in with me throughout - to make sure the pressure was good (something I really appreciated!) Thank you, Erik. I look forward to seeing you again soon!

My husband and I have been getting massages from Erik for over a year now. He is intuitive, thorough and respectful of your wishes. He always asks if the pressure is right and if there is anything going on with your body that he should attend to. He is great with deep tissue and stretching and has several innovative techniques. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best massage I've ever had. All Erik had to hear was that I had a shoulder injury and he knew just how sensitive to be in that area, not avoiding it completely, but giving it a healthy stretch and manipulation. I credit him with healing it as a matter of fact, even though I had thought I may have been headed toward surgery. He gets all the stars.

Been going to Erik for a couple of years now and he has been a lifesaver! I typically go to get some kinks in my back worked out and he always delivers. I come out feeling brand new! His massages are tailored to your liking and he applies as much pressure as you’d like. His studio is very welcoming and clean. He plays soothing music and has a warming massage table. I definitely recommend Erik. He’s even sweet enough to offer water and chocolates at the end of every session.
