Elements Massage - South Carlsbad

Tony was awesome!!! He worked thru some serious knots and my neck that was killing me is feeling good for first time in weeks. Kylie at the front is very sweet and informative.

Love love love this place! I have had two of the best massages I have ever had with Erin recently. Avalon and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Salon is clean and welcoming. Beds are comfy and the rooms smell delightful! If you sign up for a membership, it seems like you save big money as well. If you're someone who likes Massage at least once a month.!!

Therapists are very good- and I get massages monthly. The therapists are as professional and consistent as a top spa. Also the scheduling is easier than other places. I tried it once since I had gotten a gift card…then again, and now have two more massages scheduled already. Planning on becoming a member when my other membership credits are done at another massage place.

Tony is incredible. I walk away feeling better every time. Consummate professional and incredible massage therapist. Highly recommend Elements and Tony.

I am so happy with the treatment I am getting at Elements Massage. My therapist Michelle is not only knowledgeable, she is also very caring and personable...everyone I have ever gotten a massage from at Elements is the same way! Michelle listens to everything I have to say and always applies it to my Massage. Kelly and Amanda are ALWAYS so kind and helpful too....the whole staff is!!! Elements is extremely clean and very safe during these troubling times. The location is also so close and convenient for me. Peter, the owner, is so very helpful and thoughtful as well! After my visits I feel sooooo much better....mind and body!!! I highly recommend this office. Thanks Elements!!!

The staff are the most hospitable group of people I have ever encountered. The receptionist sat next to me, when she gave me the forms to fill out-rather than just handing me the clip board over the counter. She offered to pour me a glass of water-rather than showing me where it was. She acted as if she genuinely cared. My therapist was amazing. She explained her actions, and listened well. She gave me great advice to help me in the future. The environment was calming and peaceful. By far the best massage therapy company, ever!

Wonderful experience, great massage. Just make sure to double check the location. 2 locations have very similar addresses. I wound up going to wrong one and was late, but they were nice enough to change my appointment with no additional fee. Tristan was very good in the limited time I paid for, 1 hour should have been 90 minutes. A little pricey, but worth it of your looking for quality.

This elements massage location lacks communication and integrity. My girlfriend and I booked a massage (through the phone) days before our appointment, and we confirmed our appointment before. When we arrived 15 minutes early, as directed, my massage was moved without rescheduling. While I was never notified and it was clear in their notes that my girlfriend and I will be attending together. Instead of clearing up the mistake they made and having the other customer they booked over me not come in (they had yet to arrive) they rescheduled us to next week, and only until I mentioned that this isn't right did they offer to give us 30 minutes extra free. Companies and people with integrity communicate effectively, own up, and fix mistakes not try to skate by like everything's okay until something is said. When we came in next week for our new appointment we were charged the full price for 90 minutes and nothing was left in the system to signify that we were to only pay the 60 minute price. Our massage was Saturday evening and we were told that management would be in Sunday to be able to reimburse the cost, and that a STICKY NOTE will be left at the front desk about this issue. We call this afternoon to follow up only to be told that management wont be in until Wednesday... I have a feeling that we won't be getting our money back. Don't let the same thing happen to you, I do not recommend the Elements Massage in South Carlsbad. Real shame because the massage therapists we had were true professionals.
