I had a myofascial massage with Candi, excellent experience! This was my first time doing anything like this, she provided a comfortable safe environment for me and I was very impressed with the whole process. I am excited to go back to her again!

She is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable about all bodywork modalities so whether you want deep tissue, relaxing Swedish massage or anything between she can help you feel your best. I visited Creating a Sustainable You for the first time today after a 4 year massage hiatus. I booked with Grace and boy am I ever glad I did!! I LOVE this place! I got fascia work done by Ell who owns Knead Massage. And it was SO helpful in conjunction with my chiropractic. She has a beautiful ambiance and room and I was so comfortable with her. It’s the first time I’ve actually fallen asleep during a session and I comically snorted myself awake. Can’t wait to go back for my next regular muscle massage and would highly recommend her. Looking over at the other practitioners in that space, I’d definitely be interested in more services!

Kayla is great. I am receiving several post op MLDs from her after lipo of the arm and lipo 360+ BBL. It’s important to find someone that is knowledgeable in post op MLDs because many say they are qualified but they are actually not. Thanks, Kayla!

Isaac is the best. I had a massage with him Thursday and sometimes every week depending on what my ailment is. I have seen him for a couple of years now and have had a great experience. He is always willing to tend to all of my various requests on different body parts and makes sure to check in while doing so. He is professional and always awaking questions to make sure you are getting what you want out of the massage and is willing to educate you on how to massage yourself in the meantime if you can not get into him with tools like a soft ball or tennis ball! I have referred many friends, family, and work clients to him and have heard the same experiences I’ve had. Truly lucky to have meet him and been able to keep him as a tool to keep my body healthy!
